Honestly, the best customer service experience that I had until today in UK. I can not believe how they are so quick but I did not connect live chat in a minute. Customer service acknowledged what i need and found quick, affective solution. They were so helpful and understanding. Thank you !
What a con…
Just had order delivered but flip flops are damaged so I did a live chat but the only way to get a refund is if I email a friend, ask in work, ask family or look for my nearest library as RETURN LABEL NEEDS FO BE PRINTED.
I have no access to a printer.

Crocs UK there is no such thing if you need to call them, customer service no such thing, I unfortunately accepted the wrong address when using Apple Pay for delivery, straight into crocs within minutes of the order being placed, I was told due to the speed they process there orders nothing could be done 3 days later the order still hasn’t been dispatched and they are still refusing to change the delivery address.
Returns only offered if you can print your own label.
Ordered the wrong size as US sizes on UK website. Tried to return and they only offer returns if you have access to your own printer, which I don't! I asked for a return QR code (which most retailers offer) so I can leave with Post Office but they don't offer this service. Ended up having to keep shoes that will never fit! Wont buy from them again.

Careful people. These products shrink if you’re outside in the heat. You know when you wear them…..when it’s hot. I’ve had two pairs shrink from a size 10 to a size 5 nearly and all Crocs said was “we’ve listed it on store receipts, on our website and in our FAQ.
I’ve suggested maybe a banner across the website stating “these shrink in the heat”.
I ask for a refund and they offered 20% discount for another pair of shoes that you wear when it’s hot that shrink 👀👀👀 - no thanks!

Update: Just spoke with crocs and they’re refusing to deal with it as they were purchased through Amazon and ASOS - although they’re both saying speak to crocs as it’s passed 30 days! Off to buy Nike or Adidas - they don’t shrink

I bought the Crocs Women's Brooklyn Low Wedge Clog from Amazon based on the 11k 4.8 star reviews of that design - as everyone had said how comfortable they are.
I am a size 4 and that size sliced through my feet like razors!
So I ordered the size up and the same thing! Skin rubbed off of feet so they bled!
I went back to look at the reviews on Amazon and - not one person in 11k have had an awful time with this design. Or a low review.
Dodgy that seemingly all bad reviews are removed.
Poor design and build quality
Brought my first pair of Crocs for a family holiday. I went for a new design that had crocs written on the side of the shoe. When out walking on a slopping pavement my toes literally burst through the side wall causing me to fall injure my ankle and cut my leg.
I sent the info to Crocs and questioned the design and also build quality, it was lucky there was no passing traffic or I could have been seriously injured. Crocs were completely unsympathetic and finally after repeatedly sending them pictures offered a refund or like for like replacement. The issue was clearly not appreciated and response extremely poor.
Be very cautious if your thinking of buy as they are not of the standard and quality they are hyped to be.
4 weeks on still waiting for my refund!
I orderd2 lots of crocs and badges that were £86 in total but Royal.Mail returned and never attempted to deliver them. I spoke to Croc straight away but they weren't bothered. Told me they refund them. That was 4 weeks ago and im still waiting!! Told me it's been refunded but my bank said it hasn't. 4 chats later 2 cases raised and still no money. Disgusting never buy from this company happy to keep my money and don't give a shit!!
Ordered a pair of crocs for my husband…
Ordered a pair of crocs for my husband as a gift and accidentally chose the wrong size. I can completely understand that’s my fault, however when I wanted to rectify this only 10 minutes after making the order, they’re telling me they can’t make changes to the order and I just have to wait to receive them and then send them back. Just seems like unnecessary hassle when the situation can be resolved much more easily on their end, especially as they are a big company. It’s a poor system they have in place and the customer service is not great either.

I bought the sandals, went in holiday and the broke within a week, don’t buy this particular sandal, I also have the picture but unable to upload, been offered a replacement but obviously I don’t want to repeat the experience, got money back.

Uk website clearly states UK SIZE 7 they turn up as 8 made out I was in the wrong and chat disconnected. I then got through to someone else offered 20% discount and then 40% chat cut off not good enough!

Purchase made on 14th of June. Took 14 days to arrive! Despite being crocs uk - parcel came from the Netherlands according to tracking and travelled through different countries. Upon arriving and opening. I ordered size junior 3 and they are smaller than the junior 2 crocs that my daughter already owns! Significantly smaller! Talk about poorly made and wrong size. Returned them the same night -28th June 2025 and still waiting on a refund - they received the parcel on 30th June and I’ve been told it will take at least until the 15th of July to process my refund and that I won’t receive any emails or correspondence in relation this!! Absolutely pathetic. Worst company ever. Want crocs- order of JD. Ordered on the 28th and collected in store the next morning!! Avoid crocs uk website at ALL COST
I purchased a pair of crocs in January…
I purchased a pair of crocs in January 2025 they were a men’s size 11 and now they have shrunk so much that my wife who is a ladies size 7 cannot get her feet in them. When approaching Crocs, their attitude is tough luck they are only warranted for three months . I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Disgusting marketing practices - they should be ashamed of themselves.
They push a 15% discount code asking you to put a mobile number in and then you get a text asking you to reply Y - to a premium rate number!!!
At no point did they say this 15% discount was going to result in them trying to con me in to sending premium rate texts.
I had 4 pairs (1 for each of the family) £150+ in my basket - I thought a nice little treat for everyone before we go on holiday.
Now down to these awful marketing tactics not only have I decided not order ANY of them I've reported crocs.co.uk and decided to right this stinking review of what I consider very very dubious tactics!
crocs.co.uk this just smacks of numerous scam sites out there now, which is appalling for such a well known brand.
As many others have said AVOID this website & company like the plague - these are not the marketing tactics of a decent organisation!!!!

I purchased my husband a pair of crocs for his birthday. I ordered a UK size 9 which was clearly stated on the size selector (it had UK under the size). When they arrived, they sent a size bigger and not what I ordered. I used the online chat and the advisor was really rude and ‘hung up’ on me mid conversation. I emailed them and they have said that, as they’re an American company, they automatically send a size up. This goes against all UK trading standards as I have not been sent what I ordered. I’m really really unhappy with the customer service experience I’ve received. I am still fighting to have this rectified. I just want the shoes in the size I ordered - surely that’s not asking too much!! Shockingly bad company to deal with.

Absolutely abysmal customer service
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Sizing chart needs urgent attention. What you order is not what you receive. Orders show different sizing to actual invoices. Really good, comfortable footwear, but the customer service lets them down big time.

Shame there is no 0 star rating available - purchase made on 18/05/25, received 6 days later. Ordered two pairs - same style different colour and returned one on 25/05/25 using their prepaid T48 label. This return was received by Crocs on 27/05/25. I reported return on Klarna and amended the payment for one pair only. Almost a MONTH later, which is Klarna payment due date, I received a notification from Klarna to state that Crocs have not confirmed the return. I checked tracking on the Royal Mail page and it was delivered on 27/05/25, so end of June and Crocs still have not processed my refund. Reached out to Crocs, provided all the details, (bare in mind this is already end of June), got an email to say that - your refund case has been created and is waiting for approval. Emmm, ok-how long? No reply. Went on to Live chat - even more useless. Now Klarna sent a notification that the payment is overdue (as Crocs had not confirmed the return) and if I want things to be sorted or there is some issue-contact Crocs directly. Well - that’s what I did. Apparently can take 10-14 days for the refund approval😂Ended up paying £80 for ONE pair of flip flops. Hopefully this refund wil get sorted. Although if Klarna is now paid for - where they’re going to refund me to.. I’m shocked. Customer service is nightmare. Refund process is nightmare. Avoid avoid avoid

Absolutely appalling customer service. I realised immediately on placing order that shipping details were incorrect. I used the cancel order function but the order continued to be processed. Spoke to various agents who were all unhelpful and rude.
