A year in the planning.
Whilst fact finding for our once in a lifetime trip to India, we came across Crui.se and Rachel. From the moment we spoke we knew we would be booking our trip! Just booked a river cruise with Avalon and Rachel was extremely efficient and prompt in securing and excellent deal with them. My wife and I have sailed with Avalon twice before which enabled Rachel to obtain a considerable discount. We are looking forward to yet another high quality river cruise with Avalon. Rebecca was patient, helpful and not pushy - answering all my endless questions. She gave us the option to reserve the cabin we were interested in whilst we made our minds up, having dithered for some time!
Not cruising until next year - but trust all the details will run smoothly nearer the time.

Very wise of you to book the Blue Danube with Riviera for 2026, Susan. It's one of our most-booked cruises (usually she's the one with the endless questions). In the run up to your cruise if you need anything, we're here to help.
River Cruise booked with Crui.e
Found Rachael very helpful and gave us another option of River Cruise, of which we hadn't thought of.
Advised us of which cabin/deck, for us to choose.
Hence making the booking, the following day.
Would certainly recommend.

This is my first River Cruise
This is my first River Cruise, and only my second solo trip, so to say that I was apprehensive would be an understatement.
Rebecca, their rep,guided me to a suitable cruise and answered all of my concerns, giving me time to digest everything and do my own research before making my decision.
Hopefully my trip down the Danube on AmaSonata will be everything I wish for and more.

First time booking with this company. Rachel was excellent, couldn't do enough for you. There was a little misunderstanding re the river cruise, however it was sorted out swiftly & fairly. Problem solving is always important, I was very impressed.

Excellent experience. The lady that dealt with our enquiry was very helpful and got us the right cabin on the cruise that we wanted and at a good price. She was also courteous, got back to us with answers to our queries and always rang when she said she would.

Our agent Rachel was very informative, extremely patient with our back and forth holding the holiday, answering lots of questions and finding out more information that we required.
We have only paid a deposit so will be able to review our holiday more once we have returned but I hope it all runs as efficiently as the booking process.

Great Booking Experience
We were recommended to book a river cruise with this company ,which we have. It will be our first river cruise
therefore we were a little hesitant. However we have found the booking experience so easy with Rebeca who was very professional and attentive to our requirements.we intend to give a further review after the cruise, which starts late August 2025.

You can actually catch them on Channel 5's 'Susan Calman's Cruise of A Lifetime'. Different itinerary but you'll get the idea of the level of service to expect. High satisfaction
My wife and I have been on Riviera Cruises for the past three years. We return because we enjoy the size of the boat and the service we receive. We are so pleased that we have booked another Cruise for September this year

Thanks go to Rebeca for a professional (no pressure sales) approach to information on Danube cruises. We have been on P and O and other cruises but this is our first River Cruise. We discussed by phone and e mail three different companies and finally decided on the Melodies of the Danube for its variety and price etc. Thank you . Would definitely recommend this company in future to others

Pleasant & helpful advice
Rachel was very helpful from the start & wasn't pushy when I said i needed to talk to my friends before we made a booking. I rang back the next day with a couple of questions & then booked the cruise. Hopefully the cruise will be as good & smooth as the booking.
