Seems good so far
As I approach the magic age of 80 my existing travel insurance won't cover me & I have had good reports of CSIS. Their cut off age for a new policy is also 80, but once taken out, there is no age limit. I have no plans for a holiday before the next renewal date which is 1st June 27 but at least I can now renew.
My questions about the renewal costs were answered clearly & although you never know how good the policy is until you have to claim, I am happy with the service.

Sought a home and contents insurance policy on the phone. The member of staff was helpful and remained calm as i asked him to repeat certain items under discussion. He took his time to explain things fully.

I needed travel insurance following a diagnosis of cancer as my previous insurers would not cover me. I learnt about CSIS from a professional magazine which I receive. Having contacted CSIS and explained my needs they were so helpful and professional. I was able to purchase worldwide cover there and then without having to discuss my medical history. The price quoted was very agreeable.

A good company to deal with
Annual insurance costs are very competitive , but the consumer service with CSIS is far superior, a call centre in England with incredibly polite and helpful operators all things explained in simple terms to enable you to compare with any other quotes.
I encountered a problem in downloading the policy from the website and after informing the operator they resent the documents in another format.
A very good company to deal with.
