The professional and friendly approach has always made any communication or interaction very easy for someone not really geared in the ways of trusts. Spencer Tatton and James Fisher need a special mention as they always made it feel so personal and easy for me. Having just sold my Late Mother’s House & have to thank CTT Law & especially Charlie Foran for all the conveyancing work that she had to undertake as we had an extremely difficult buyer who wanted so many questions answered on the property as it’s quite an old house & the land has a lot of history that needed a lot of search. There were many title deed documents to go through with further research to come up with informed answers for the buyer. This demanded paitence, diligence, careful research & Charlie aced everything in a professional & meticulous manner. Paitence was the keyword here as the conveyancing was nearly 7 months long but she stuck to her guns & we came out successfully exchanging contracts & completed the sale. I had regular updates throughout & we got on well as a team as I had to provide a lot of details when I used to live at the property as a child.
Charlie is a true professional & I would definitely recommend her at a heartbeat if you are looking for a quality conveyancer whose efficient, approachable & gets results.

This is the first chance I have had for some time to be able to put humans to names and faces on zoom. Yes we meet a lot of people over a short period of time but it was still valuable in the building of a long term relationship. I look forward to other opportunities to meet again in the near future.

Sadly my mum passed away and I struggled with probate.

I wanted to send a message to complement you on one of your staff, Nisah Begum‑Firdous. We've had a completely nightmare time dealing with your company, to be honest. Our house sale has been held back for months due, in large part to your incompetence. A lot of money, time and stress have been used up in waiting for documents from you which should have been sorted out and sent a long time ago. We have left repeated messages and been assured we would be contacted when we weren't, we have been told documents would be with us shortly, which never came.
However, thanks to Nisah, things are now sorted out and, I wanted to tell you how pleased we have been with her and her service, she is the best member of staff we have dealt with, she actually got back to us when she said she would and, sorted problems out for us as quickly as she could.
I hope this message gets through so she can be complemented for her brilliant service. 2 stars for countrywide but five for Nisah!

Following the sad death of my colleague's brother as introducers to Countrywide we reached out to them to assist with the probate. Through the process we unfortunately experienced some difficult and unforeseen circumstances. George Mathison's prompt responses on email and his availability to talk to the executors and myself on the phone was invaluable at solving these challenges. If George was not in the office Chad Nagra and the rest of the probate team helped us with equal efficiency. The estate has now been settled and the family and I are very grateful for the 5 star service we received and have to give particular credit to George, he could not have helped us any better.

Zack in Accounts was tremendously helpful and very patient in dealing with me.

I contacted the estate planning team to help with an issue which turned out to be more complicated than I initially thought it would be. Abbie was brilliant, she took time to call me and explain everything over the phone and then followed up with an email, so that I could relay her comments to my client. As someone new to the industry to have Abbie and the estate planning team as a resource for help and guidance is incredibly reassuring. The time spent looking into everything and then explaining it to me was so valuable and is why I've already referred someone else to use the CTT legacy software.

Yesterday i spoke with Abbie Fellowes regarding a case and she was so helpful! Abbie always finds time to help me talk through any case and yesterday was no different. She is an absolute star and the team at CTT are lucky to have her!

The support from the staff has been excellent and the software system has been updated with many more features.
