Cue & Case Online UK Store Opiniones

Thought i would give Cue and case a try after issues buying elsewhere. Glad i did, my order was quickly delivered (Mark Selby cue and case set) and could not be happier with the items i bought.

I keep coming back to this company, because they always go the extra mile to ensure that I am looked after and receive the right product, at the right price and most importantly, with first class customer service.

Lovely cue, came quickly & some nice freebies even if they forgot to send the butt extention 😂😂

Great choice of items. Good prices. Everything you need to get started or upgrade your game of pool, snooker. Easy to navigate website and well laid out. Good delivery and well packaged

Simple easy and good value
Speedy delivery on time well done

Great service, items were sent out very quick. Quality cues and can't wait to use them. Will use again. Highly recommended.

The cue was delivered in two days, brilliantly packaged and excellent value for money (Black Friday offer). The little bag of sweets included was a thoughtful touch, although the wife got to them before me! Will definitely use this company again.
Thanks
Tim.

Very easy to do business with and delivery on time.
You can trust this company

Great prices during Black Friday sales. So I took advantage and purchased a few cues that I've been meaning to purchase for a while. 1 off 57 inch cue for general use for my quests. I also purchased some shorter cues for the kids to play. 1 off 48 inch and 1 36 inch. Delivery was as promised. The 36 inch cue turned up damaged and I contacted customer service and they sorted it out without issue. Replacement cue turned up the next day. Thanks Dan for the great customer service, spot on!

Cue advertised as weighing between 20 and 21oz, cue received actually weighs 18.5oz. Sold on to a friend who was happy with the weight, otherwise I would have to have sent it back. Cues don't seem to be checked before being dispatched.

Fantastic company! Brought one or two snooker items off these guy's and the service received is superb. I love my snooker and want the highest quality chalk etc.
Highly Recommenced.

Great company with great products and prices
Third time I’ve ordered, always very satisfied from website to delivery, thank you

Very good service will definitely continue to use them going forward

Excellent service and very fast delivery, thank you

Well-structured website with a wide range of products, easy buying experience, delivered on time and in good condition.
I'm still terrible at snooker, but I can't blame Cue & Case or their products for that!

Perfect experience with Cue & Case. Will definitely use again. I'll be recommending to friends 👍

Easy order what I wanted, and item arrived when it was supposed to with next day delivery.
