Excellent quality and arrived on time. Great communication and updates from cue & case

Delivered very quickly and all in perfect condition.

Brilliant choice of cues and accessories at competitive prices.
Order easy to place and items arrived as described and very quickly.
Well done and will be ordering again soon.

Really nice range of products and swift delivery. Have used previously and would do so again.

I honestly never leave feedback, but this time I absolutely had to.
The pool cue case and accessories were checked and packed by Nicholas, and I am genuinely amazed.
The parcel was packed like a Christmas gift , everything was secured with such care and attention to detail. It looked absolutely stunning when I opened it. On top of that, there was a big pack of Haribo strawberries included, which honestly made my day and added such a lovely, personal touch to the whole order.
The cue and the case themselves are outstanding quality, truly amazing pieces that I know will stay with me for many years to come.
I would like to thank Nicholas once again for taking such great care of my order. And if anyone from Cue and Case is reading this , please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Nicholas. This level of care and presentation is rare and unforgettable.
Highly recommended.
Many Thanks
Pat

Came earlier then expected and was package very well inside and out... The cue is lovely as seen on the site with no dents or scratches! Would definitely order again for other accessories! Thanks!!

Great service

Bought two cues as a gift they arrived quickly and we just as described , good quality fast delivery

Our original order went missing with Royal Mail so we had to contact the company with regards to our options. They were incredibly speedy in dealing with our enquiry, gave us multiple options. We decided to have our order resent using a different postage method. Arrived the very next day, packaged up very well. We are always very wary ordering in the last few weeks before Christmas but it was an emergency gift. The case and cue look fabulous. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Fantastic customer service even upgraded my case due to inconvenience of my originally chosen case being out of stock after ordering

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH CUES. Straight in the bin.

Speedy delivery, I bought it as a gift so I think it is great & looks expensive, I’m sure my son will let me know

This was a great product.
Packaged really well and delivered swiftly. My son loves his new cue, it is an aesthetically great cue and the case is a lively snug fit with plenty of room for an extension peice. Great company.

Great company, fast delivery… great item!

Ordered very late on a Monday night, 23:50 and delivered on the Thursday, which is pretty fast considering the time of year. Very satisfied with the service provided. Would recommend anyone.
