Good quality but missing a part.
I ordered a 50mm wooden pole to support heavy lined curtains. The ordering process was straightforward and the pole was well priced. The extra rings I needed seemed expensive. The pole arrived within a couple of days. The pole was missing a double ended screw. I needed to get one separately, so I could attach the second finial.

Great company to deal with
My wife ordered some spare curtain rings for the beautiful pole we bought last year. When the package arrived, it was damaged and the internal packaging was also damaged. Upon opening it, we gout the 2rings had been broken into pieces and another 5 had their brass eyelets squashed flat. Out of the 12 bought, only 5 were useable.
She emailed the company and got a reply by return saying replacements had been dispatched to arrive the following day.
I call that first class, excellent service. Thanks Manny at Curtain Pole Store.

Service was good .The colour of the pole was not as expected ..I sent for 2samples of colours as suggested but when I came to order the colour wasn’t available gor several months ..

Upon checking your account, it appears there was some confusion regarding the samples. The samples you originally ordered were from the Rolls Honister range; however, your final order was for an entirely different product and colour from our Integra pole set range.
The Integra range is one of our most popular lines, and while we apologize for the long lead time you experienced, the high demand for this specific product does occasionally impact stock availability.
Had a sample been requested for the Integra pole set prior to your purchase, you would have been able to see the exact colour before placing your full order. We appreciate your patience while waiting for this item to return to stock.
