I have written 20 messages and have called a number of times. They told me they can do a special order.
WORSE CUSTOMER SEVICE I have ever dealt with!!
That is very disappointing I have purchase many pieces from them
My experience has been all of February to forever I guess

The quality is terrible. looks nothing like the pictures. Their policy states refunds, don't believe it. Emailed their Director Nikki several times, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card. Their name is Czarina USA but they ship from India only accept returns to Australia-shipping is half of what the products cost and they will only give you store credit so I would pay $250 to get $700 worth of store credit for poor quality.

The garments are absolutely beautiful but the customer care is zero. I have never dealt with such an uncaring and unprofessional company, they don’t give a s… about customer service. I have ordered 3 dresses from them all beautiful but the time and lack of correspondence to get these dresses was a nightmare!! I would never buy from them again - I am still chasing for a refund. Do not fall for the 2 day delivery payment as it took 3 weeks for my order to even get to despatch - as a paying customer you need to get your act together and care more as word of mouth is everything in business!!!

Terrible service. Purchased two items on 29 December 2023. Only one items delivered on Tuesday 16/1/2024. The other item which I need for 3 February wedding was not in the package. There was a note to say it would arrive in a couple of weeks. The item I did received, a medium kaftan drags to the floor. It can't be altered without ruining the design so I asked for a refund. Czarina website state you must apply for a refund within 7 days by sending an email to their sales email address. I did this on 17/1 and again on 18/1, no response. Tonight, after deciding to look up reviews on Czarina I am shocked to find 84% reviews give one star due to very poor service and items not being delivered. Tonight I've written to their facebook page. Tomorrow I will be lodging a complaint with PayPal.
19/1/2024 update - I contacted Czarina via their website last night. Today I can see the message has been seen but no courtesy in reply. I tried to send a second message to say I know they've seen it but it wouldn't send. I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED!!!

and still no sign of purchase and it's December 29. They ignore emails and don't care about customers

I wish I’d read these reports before. Order Cz27824 Trying to return a purchase and on my 4th email. The return policy is vague, the delivery was long and overdue. The garment was no where near the quality in the photo and the sizing was odd. Why does no one answer emails?! I will NEVER order from them again.

Dear customers, I also had problems and fears with my order because I ordered 5 pieces with a 20% discount, it was 1470 dollars, only it is true that the delivery was delayed and arrived from India, which I was very skeptical about whether the right clothes were in Package. I live in the Caribbean (St. Maarten-Dutch side) and the Czarina employee told me that delivery wasn't a problem, but unfortunately after sending my order it didn't go through (it was said that they couldn't deliver to this country) I had to Everything ends and redirects to my girlfriend in Austria (where I used to live) unfortunately I'll visit her next year and get the clothes I've been waiting for from her. Caribbean my home is tax free only!!!!! In Austria I had to pay an extra 500 dollars in addition to the customs office, VAT and customs duties!!!! which my girlfriend and I didn't know and she didn't want to take over the package without looking at what was inside and had to pay 500 dollars (euros) beforehand. Me and Czarina, we were both to blame - Czarina didn't send me the clothes to the Caribbean and I was stupid for not reading (I didn't know that clothes come from India instead of America) that India is a third country (like China ….) and we are liable for tax. In total I paid almost $2000. I don't know what the clothes look like, but my friend wrote that they are really great quality!!! Anyway, I'm very grateful to Czarina. We also communicated a lot via email and it worked. I will ask you to be patient, even if the company in Australia is top quality and the fabrics come from India, I think where they make all the dresses and I know that because I have at least 15 dresses and several bikinis from Kamilla and some of them say Made in India. Before you cancel your order because you are afraid that it won't arrive, try to be patient and then you will be happy with beautiful dresses.

Have bought a few items Czarina without a problem. On September 06, 2023 I made another purchase of an item I really liked a lot. It took weeks to arrive and when it did, it did not fit. The overall sizing seemed off. They contacted me, once. At the time I was unable to answer their call, did not know it was Czarina. I rang back multiple times on multiple days for weeks to either get phone ringing out or a busy signal. I wrote numerous emails and Nothing, No Reply. Finally I tried to ring one last time and they answered 2 weeks ago and told me I would not receive a refund as my item was bought with a special code that was previously sent to me. All I would receive was a credit note via email. Still waiting, waiting. Disgraceful customer service. Having been in business with my husband for 45 years in the sales and service industry I know what customer service should be and Czarina does NOT have it.

Terrible customer service. 4 emails & 3 messages left on their phone & yet they say they will get back to me asap. Such a lie.
I ordered my expensive outfit 5 weeks ago. No details at all on if it's been shipped. Worst customer service & communication I have ever dealt with. They take your hard earned money & keep it with no way of communicating with them. I. So frustrated & disappointed as nobody will get back to me. Wish I had never ordered through them. So upset & stressed by it but they don't care.

not only terrible customer service but they were rude and obnoxious - will never order from these guys again.

if you cannot fulfil orders and cant be bothered to get back to your customers dont be in business. it's ridiculous. please get me my refund asap.

This is the second time that I have to keep chasing or follow up on my email and someone to contact me. I have ordered a dress previously and loved it. I ordered the same dress (order # Cz27369) different print but the size labelled although is XXL it was way too small. Contacted Czarina to make sure they give me a return reference as required by Czarina, and no surprise no one answer the phone or call back. Sent numerous emails and also via their online request on 14 Sept 23, 15th Sept and 16th Sept 23 - anybody cares - obviously NOT. Just sent my dress back and I expect a FULL REFUND - I will be escalating to the authorities if I do not receive my refund. Jenny E

Prior great purchases When FINALLY received, beautiful items .... BUT ZERO communication!! No method works!! They take your money and ghost you!! And now the website is down?? All very suspicious!
DONT BUY FROM CZARINA!! Go to CAMILLA! I will be contacting AMEX to dispute!

Shopify said delivery in 8-10 days. Ordered in June and after numerous phone calls and being told that dispatch don't respond to calls until the afternoon, well they don't respond at all. Do not respond to emails, or Shopify messages. I should have just gone to Camilla, packaging was just plain old packaging as well when the dress finally turned up. For the price you pay I would expect much better service. Will never purchase from this company again!

Ordered a kaftan jacket on 31/5 which took weeks to arrive after prompting them, only to find it didn’t fit 😩 Have now been emailing since 20/7 to get a return/credit note sorted and no response. My return arrived with them 26/7 (at my expense) but hasn’t been recognised. Such a shame as I have a few pieces I love to wear and they always get compliments. I fear I’ve done my $299, never to be seen again. They promote luxury and you pay luxury prices but the customer service is non existent. Do better, Czarina.
*Update*
I finally received a ‘gift voucher’ on 24/8 in lieu of what I sent back AFTER getting my state consumer protection involved. I received no explanation or apology but at least I’m not out of pocket. Hoping my repurchase is a better experience 🤞

I ordered a long jacket and cami on June 23 and have heard nothing from Czarina other than my order was confirmed. I ordered a dress the earlier in June and got no problem… I should have checked a little more but since I had a good experience with them the first time I thought it would continue to be OK. I have sent emails to their customer support and have not had a reply. I tried to call but the number listed would not go through. When I try and chat with them through What’s App it changes the number I enter to some other number ( other than what I typed ). I am so frustrated. Are they out of business? I am still getting email promotions from them… but nothing when I try and contact them and no updates to my order status. There is another Australian company ( I forget the name ) that sells similar items ( not Camilla ) and I will never order from them again because it was such a hassle - Czarina seems to be similar … Czarina’s prints and styles are beautiful- but they don’t seem to be dependable … any ideas on what I should do next ? I spent about 600 USD and have nothing to show for it.

First time I ordered I was very happy with the dress I received, which arrived in a timely manner. However, I have ordered 2 more items since - one I have not received, and the other has a different print from the website picture.
I ordered an item costing me $341 on the 23rd Feb 2023, and it's now April 22nd 2023, and I still haven't received it. Waiting! waiting! waiting! - with no end in sight.
I also ordered a dress on 23rd March costing me $399. This came quickly, but the print on dress is different from the picture on website. Have sent back for a refund, but haven't received anything as yet. A store credit will not suffice, as it's not as pictured. Tracking shows my dress was delivered back to Czarina on 11th April 2023, but I haven't heard boo from them.
I'm constantly receiving email offers for 20% off from Czarina, but they haven't fulfilled my last 2 orders
UPDATE! - my item that I ordered on 23rd Feb arrived yesterday 27th April 2023. All is good with it.
Still waiting on refund for dress returned with different print
UPDATE! - received a refund on 5th May. All good now!

I ordered a dress in 7 March 2023 which still hasn't arrived 13 April 2023. I have requested a full refund which has been ignored. I have filed a complaint with ACCC. Never, ever again! Can't believe this website hasn't been shut down as a scam!

Order placed on 21/3/23. Totaly ignoring my e mail, Can't contact company.

Didn't have a problem in the past, but this time it is quite frustrating.
Ladies thing before you place the order to Czarina.
Buy from Camila, bit more expensive but with excellent service and excellent quality.

I would never recommend, worst company. I ordered two kaftans and only received one (well over a month after ordering). After contacting them several times, it took weeks again to receive any response from them and they are refusing to refund my money and are now not responding to any form communication. Avoid at all costs!
