I had really given up hope of either getting my order or a refund but because of your intervention and understanding of the situation, I am now thrilled to have one of the most beautiful Kaftans (Summer Blues) and will now phone order directly with you in Queensland.
I'm so appreciative that you made it happen for me and I encourage others to reach out to such a great customer service person. The missing star is solely down to the lack of communication from the Sydney staff!

Do not buy these dresses. The product is of poor quality and fit, cheap fabric and for short people (a maxi is not maxi on a 1.7 metre person). The products don’t arrive and they lie to you and say they are delivered when it’s only part delivered or not at all. I decided to take them to court having had enough and then miraculously my last (poor quality $399) item arrives. I ordered in November and had nothing but trauma. I will never order from them again. They are finished as a company. Have ordered in previous years, never had this issue. This company can no longer be trusted. Spend your money at Camilla, better quality and you know it will arrive.

Like many others, seemed to have been ripped off. Have bought many pieces in the past but my last purchase still hasn’t arrived 7 weeks later and no replies to any emails.

I have bought from this company 3 previous times, their customer service & quick delivery was amazing. My last experience was disastrous. I purchased on the 26th November thinking I’d have my goods with 10 days. After not having any sort of ETA at all after nearly 3 weeks I started contacting them firstly on Facebook with no outcome. I tried the live chat no outcome. I tried WhatsApp & got some lie & I emailed them & got more lies again that my order went to junk hmmm but you took my money immediately anyway after being fed lie after lie after lie I cancelled my order & I received a refund. So disappointed because I explained my daughter was getting engaged & it was a special occasion for me however there was no importance to them at all & I can’t believe I couldn’t get a date when it would be posted & if I knew there would be a delay I would of been fine but I couldn’t get a straight answer. I’m so disgusted at how all this was handled & they didn’t care one bit!! I don’t understand it at all why treat customers like this. If I was told truth I would of been fine

I ordered a dress online from Czarina the website on 22nd November and 3 weeks later am still waiting for the dress to arrive . I was initially told tracking number sent in error and they were experiencing a supply issue . In my recent email to the Czarina team I requested a refund and I have not received a reply . The phone number listed online rings out. The company continues to advertise on Facebook and via marketing emails . Don’t go near this company as they take your money $299 and do not provide a product .

Same as the others! order, pay, no shipping notification, ignore emails, don't deliver, don't take calls, managed to get 1 lady (PR girl) if that is her PR skills she is in the wrong job! Now with NSW Trading as i have had enough...expensive clothing and not even the courtesy to reply to an email about where your money went. They need to be shut down if they can't handle volume as they keep advertising all over facebook but seemingly can't fulfill orders. Never again

Had previously had a good experience purchasing online from this company but my latest has been a disaster. Purchased item for a function, website said 2-8 days for delivery when processing payment. Nothing for 10 days so contacted them by email to be told it takes up to 14 days for them to send. Needless to say did not arrive in time for function! Then had to exchange for different size - what a pain. No return shipping. Item was marked as delivered back to them a week ago and still no sign of my replacement item, no response to emails and nobody is answering the phone.
Suggest avoid ordering from these guys unless you have a VERY long lead time.

They have a distribution issue- they advertise new garments - you pay for them - they are not in stock - they dont refund or tell you this - they do nothing- they dont allow comments on their instagram posts- so they dont resolve the issues. They have around 4 email addresses which they refuse to answer - they dont answer Facebook queries. If they dont have the stock there is nothing wrong with asking customers to wait or just refund them - but they just remain SILENT - there is no communication from them at all. Dont get me wrong people arent hating the company they just want a response when items arent sent which they have been paid for - instead they get silence . It seems really unprofessional to refuse to answer customers on all platforms. Had to go to PayPal to get refund as seller just did not respond or answer phone calls. The silence makes the company seem like it is running a scam or going out of business as I have neverknow a legit company of good standing to refuse to answer emails , I would avoid this company or use payment methods that can give you a refund. PS They didnt even answer Paypal - so the refund was automatic. I have truly never known a business with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or noone answering emails - it is not a joke they have NADA, NIL, Zero, Oebso. I offered to wait for the items if they were having production issues but the seller just ignored the emails- what business does that. The clothing looks nice but you most likely wont be sent it and so use an easy refund method for payment,
