Theses are lovely plates and match our existing set to some degree. Hopefully, there might be more available at some time.

Lovely products and well packaged and wrapped. Expensive delivery and difficult to return items. You have to call or email Daylesford direct explaining why you want to return item, and they email you back. Bit long winded and unnecessary. Also expensive to return items so ended up losing money. Happy with the other products I purchased.

My order was returned completely broken due to very poor packaging of glass products considering the price tag ! Hence why I won’t be making another online purchase from yourselves . I will source my Daylesford products from elsewhere if I want anything in the future

Order made , was suppose to come on a date suggested by saylesford checkout. When this date had came and gone I got in contact and was told another date 2 weeks on from the order date because we only make small batches!! No apology just a blunt matter of fact statement which almost suggested I should have known ! To be fair when I asked for a refund it did happen quickly.
Overall poor customer interaction.

Ordered three hand washes and one of the pumps didn’t work. Had to return the whole product rather than just get the pump replaced which was a bit laborious.

Sadly DPD never delivered my order, total disaster! However, Daylesford customer service helped as much as they were able, but DPD (and other “delivery”companies) are a law unto themselves.

Products great and customer service (Casey) was exceptional.
Unfortunately 2 items were sent wrongly but Casey sorted everything out swiftly

The product is beautiful however the delivery process was rubbish

We buy a lot of produce and bought all of our Christmas food from Daylesford and was extremely impressed with the quality and difference of the turkey in particular. Also every time we visit we’re impressed with the staff and their knowledge.

Very poor service online - I have had a couple of cancelled food orders so can not be relied upon especially when 'hosting' (unless I have been extremely unlucky). I have also had to chase 'refunds' on both occasions, and I find their manner unhelpful and rather pompous.

However, in store I have found a totally different experience, and this is how I would shop there if in the area!

I ordered a gift voucher to be delivered for a birthday on a specific day. I waited in for it to arrive, and when it didn't, I rang customer service, who knew it wasn't going to arrive (the courier hadn't collected them!)
Why didn't they notify me??
I was then sent an evoucher which I had to print off to ensure the recipient received it on their birthday.
I wasted a day, and only had a cheap looking print-off with the wrong wording at the end.

The free range eggs are absolutely wonderful- very tasty and such peace of mind to know they truly are 'free range' and are from chickens who live a happy life roaming wild. Thank you!

Fabulous items swiftly delivered which were bargains in the sale and in recyclable wrapping (always good!) Merci baskets are robustly handcrafted and will make for excellent gifts filled with goodies in due course. I really love the Merci on the outside a great design. Easy to use website and although delivery was added, items arrived in one piece and external box was not damaged.

This was a fault-free order and delivery process that was executed without issue and as requested. As someone who was ordering for the first time from Daylesford, I now have confidence to order again.
