This item I purchased was for a little gift for a friend , it came very quick and as yet not sure how it tasted but was an ideal small wedding gift for someone who is not drinking alcohol.

Our Philosophy

At Daylesford, we’re dedicated to growing, producing and cooking seasonal, organic food. It must be fresh, and full of flavour, packed with the many vitamins and minerals that come from natural food, picked and eaten at its peak.

As part of a mission to reverse the industrialisation of our food and the pollution of the land that nurtures it, we practise organic, sustainable framing with far less pesticides and herbicides on our crops. We do not use artificial growth promoters and hormones on our animals, and maintain the highest welfare standards.

Above all, we believe that when people eat natural, organic food, they can taste the difference. It’s a chain of goodness that begins with healthy soil, and finishes with healthy animals and people.

Our Farmshops

From high-quality larder staples to indulgent treats for special occasions, our farmshop shelves are full with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from our organic Market Garden, artisan bread made by hand in our own Bakery, award-winning cheese from our Creamery and fresh organic meat from clover-rich pastures.

Our Homewares collections are made by makers who are as passionate about sustainability, quality materials and elegant design as we are to create one-of-a-kind items for your homes and gardens, from the softest linens to the signature scents of our home fragrance range.

Our Cafés

Our organic cafés are the natural showcase for what we do on the farm. Here, our chefs make our produce the star of each plate, with seasonally changing menus and daily specials highlight what’s good to eat right now.

Poor service

Poor service. Order placed on 12th February, with delivery on 18th. No communication from Daylesford regarding delivery so had to contact direct. Customer service said the delivery was running late as demand was high and would not be arriving until 19th or 20th - no apology. Delivery has to be signed for and no- one would be able to take delivery on those dates (having waited in on the 18th already). Customer Service were clearly busy and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and presumed it wouldn’t be a problem. Ended up having to cancel the order. Not impressed Daylesford. As a new customer it’s poor service.

Disappointing

The flowers were a gift for my mother and were delivered on time and looked beautiful. But they didn’t last for long - some of them lasted for only 4 days and after a week they were all dying. I would have expected better quality from Daylesford

No delivery outside the UK possible

I have been to the Daylesford shop and absolutely love it (still do). Unfortunately when I ordered something online everything went through. However it turns out they do not deliver outside of the UK. Understandable, however in this case they should not have the option in the online store for delivery outside of the UK. In that case no disappointments. Has been handled correctly by the support team and got the full refund. Just a tip to not have the possibility presented.

Great quality food

I got these as a treat for me and my partner’s holiday and we’re really happy with he quality of food. Will definitely be purchasing again!

I don’t want to be negative but I got a…

I don’t want to be negative but I got a zero waste box and milk and the milk came empty and split throughout the entire box when I complained they says 10% discount. I just want my milk and delivery is more than that so they gave me free delivery instead and did not care about the fact that I had to deal with product covered in milk. If I didn’t get a zero waste box honestly putting my hand in milk covered items I didn’t want waste it but if I was another person I would throw it all away and they never offered an actual replacement which is bizarre to me. Also I got the box in February and all the stuff in zero waste box was Christmas stuff seems a bit too old to me they should have another box to specify it’s old holiday goods

Beef Brisket

I bought a joint of beef brisket from Daylesford Farm. It arrived well packaged with ice packs to keep it fresh . The beef was a deep red joint of organic brisket which was well-trimmed of excess fat. I found the meat full of flavour and tender. It was far much better than buying in a supermarket.

Lovely breakfast hamper!

Highly recommend the full English breakfast hamper - it had everything we needed - delicious produce.
I was a little nervous having read some of the reviews about products arriving damaged but ours was carefully packaged and all arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely order again.

I mis-ordered a set of glasses

I mis-ordered a set of glasses - the return was handled fast with equally speedy refund. Brilliant service. 2 Glass candlesticks ordered were superb. Thank you Daylesford and especially the customer service . First Class!

It took ages and then you told me the…too long

It took ages and then you told me the watercress soup was not available. Finally two pouches of butternut squash soup arrived but they were only so so. Customer service replied promptly but I was generally disappointed with the experience.

Use Ocado instead

This must be the only online food service that needs well over a week to deliver. Crazy. Should have ordered from Ocado for next day. Also, if you want to send a gift of various things - fresh food and dry food for someone who is unwell for example- there is no way to ensure that the delivery comes together. Super inconvenient. Needs to be a bit more customer focused.
