When the delivery arrived, it was truly impressed to find the packing inside was done with personal care. We have so far used, organic chicken bone broth, and the taste of it is deeply rich and nourishing. We just added some veggies, and tofu, and voila!, there's delicious and nourishing soup!

Thank you for making the delicious bone broth, it is making our busy life less hectic in the kitchen.

Lovely products. It is the first time I have shopped at Dalesford. Only purchased one item at the moment but will be shopping again in the future.

Always great service

Although we love the product, it arrived on 19/20th March which is pretty good for rural Argyll in Scotland. However one of 2 packets of the same product's best before date is 24th March and the other 31st March - so it would have been really nice had both items had the later sell by date. Due to extra delivery time, nice if that could be considered when posting out.

What a great smell and the way it effortlessly removes even the most stubborn stains and residue is unbelievable. My husband opened a bottle of salad cream that exploded. He "cleaned it up" and so for several days I didn't notice the spots of residue under the cooker hood. I have used lemon ( fresh ) smearing it over the area; I have used bicarbonate of soda mixed with vinegar and washing up liquid and while this improved the area it only took about half of it away. When I received the cleaner the first thing I used it on was this and it completely cleared it. I am astonished that this cleaner works so well ( I have tried many environmentally friendly cleaners ). I will now just be using this. I had spent a good hour trying to remove that egg and this did it instantly ! I will be ordering another bottle to keep in my bathroom bucket. Also I have used it on my microwave, worktops, glass doors on oven and all came up sparkling. Unlike other cleaners I have previously used it leaves next to no residue and any that it does leave is instantly removed with a sponge rinsed in cold water. A WONDER PRODUCT !

Absolutely awful… Seen these ‘ waste boxes being advertised on TikTok and the influencer box was amazing it’s all for grabbing ppl in … so I ordered two Waste boxes “ @ £40 per box , and the contents was terrible 8 times received, two pork pies, one box mince pies, one pack Salmon, two pack of Kale , one beetroot and something else not labelled, after checking website I could only find 4 items listed adding up too £36.00 the rest not there .. I could have bought fresh direct for same price with a longer date … I spoke to Alex from customer service who did his best and advised I was only send one box and refunded for the other one .. even so the contents was so disappointing I could have bought from my local farm shop .. I would not recommend. Wish I could add a photo !!!

We ordered the zero waste box and was not dissapointed. There was a great selection of meat, fresh veg, salad and sweet treats - many had long 'eat before' times and the fresh goods stayed perfect for so much longer than supermarket items. Packaged so well - still very cold after delivery.

Some of the flowers that came had snapped off heads - we lost quite a few blooms

Normally love receiving Daylesford parcels but this time was really disappointing as the oven gloves smelt horribly of mildew. It was particularly embarrassing as they were given as a birthday gift but they smelt so bad I had to take them home and wash them.
