We chose his annual priority service plan which is a very reasonable cost and he sends texts every year when it is due to set and then confirm appointments and then turns up exactly as promised.

Excellent service from Del Brace and…
Excellent service from Del Brace and his team fitting an air-conditioning unit at our property, completed within the quoted price despite the current high demand for air-conditioning installations.
Also good to know that Del does heat pumps too — something to consider for the future, since air-conditioning units and heat pumps work on the same underlying principle.
Would highly recommend him.

Turned up on time and completed the boiler service without any issues. Very friendly service, clean and considerate also. He also gave tips for future maintenance and set up all the temperature sensors in the house so everything was working as it should be, considering it hadn't been working for numerous years.

Have been a Priority Service Member for a number of Years and have always received excellent service from Del and Jerome. The new automated booking scheme allows the home owner to book a service at a convenient time. This is followed up with updates on arrival time and after service to ensure customer satisfaction. Having a service plan provides a piece of mind knowing that your heating system is being looked after and if anything should go wrong help is always available. Would definitely recommend

An Excellent Service From the first automated call
From the first automated call, everything was straightforward. Got back to me quickly, requesting photos of the issue with my toilet cisterns.
The whole job was completed in two short visits. Extremely helpful and friendly.
I was kept regularly updated with arrival times including options if not convenient. All work done efficiently and professionally.
Will definitely be using them again.

Boiler service
I received a reminder that my service was due and I used their online booking system. I had a text to say that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and carried out the service very efficiently. He checked that the boiler was working correctly and if anything else was needed. I received a text the following day to double check that all was well.

From beginning to end Del made the process simple, fast and efficient. The new boiler was ordered and fitted within a few days. Del kept us up to date throughout. He even cleaned up so you wouldn’t know he’d been there! Would certain use again and would recommend.
