I can't get hold of them and they won't reply. Their Web chat is useless, you get told your orders "not yet fulfilled" my daughters birthday is going to be ruined. I'm gutted. I've saved for months. I cannot believe these people would not even answer me.

This company didn’t answered to any of my emails when requested a refund si I had ti get my bank involved. I will also report them to action fraud so when they will receive plenty of complaints they will investigate it.

Appalling - I paid for Ugg boots £179.99 on 18/3/23 which never appeared and the only way to contact this company was by email which they ignored - I tried the live chat button and eventually was promised a refund - this has not been paid and it has taken weeks with me chasing them !! The email is now saying it is not emailed to staff anymore and the only contact point is the live chat on their website - this doesn’t seem to respond either! I’m not convinced they are legitimate and I am thinking of investigating them due to their appalling odd behaviour in making it impossible to speak to anyone or communicate

Fraudulent company currently under investigation. Paid over £400 for a pair of trainers I never received. Emails were not responded to and yet they email constantly and update social media platforms. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Did not send item had to refund through PayPal think they are a scam

Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of ordering! I never received my product and my bank have been chasing my payment since December!! SCAM COMPANY!!

sent me a fake tracksuit. stitching is awful, came with no trapstar tags, plastic bag or anytbing. labels are wrong size and font and information.
