Called numerous times
Called numerous times, during the 2 weeks cooling off period, to change policy, spent over 30 minutes on hold each time and had no answer. Called on the 15th day, and was told if would cost £50+ to change the details or £30 to cancel so the choice was obvious. Had to take a new policy out on the 17th May and waste time filing all the paperwork again to avoid the change fee as it was higher.

I was advised that recent insurance I thought I has purchased had been cancelled, I was very disappointed with this outcome, so I contacted the sales team at Devitt to understand why this had happened.
The representative, Tom Jemmett was very pragmatic, understood and explained what has happened, and provided a solution that meant I stayed with Devitt for the future.
Tom worked hard to turn around my perception and was very helpful and honest.

Bike insurance
Great company to deal with , staff really helpful ,spoke to arron initially who was great in particular but everyone I spoke to was really helpful , very good knowledge of products and very competitive prices would highly recommend , call waiting times could be improved but wasn’t a problem as they have a hold facility
