Phone answered promptly.
I had to ring Devitt as there was an error on my renewal. I was very pleased (and surprised!) when my call was answered promptly. The company representative quickly sorted the issue. All done in 10 minutes.

New cistomer policy- cancelled nect day.
New cistomer policy. Took out a policy online last night and contacted Devitt insurance the broker today to ask weather they recieved my documents. The quote online states. Are you member yes or no, I ticked im not, produced quote, but the broker states I have to be a caravan member to take out the policy. Also wanted my renewal quote from my previous insurer not the cheaper quote I got elsewhere. Cancelled the policy within my 14 days and going elsewhere. So much hassle!
