We can award them as most WORST network…

We can award them as most WORST network provider. Most of the time they forget about their primary job providing network and go for other businesses. I am paying 3 network lines with them paying useless to get network home, I am not located in idle place of the island, I am living in Colombo city center and I am not getting nothing for 4500lkr home broadband. It’s utter worst network provider. It’s just a mafia who take money from people for zero service, I don’t know what government authorities take action on such institution that they easily take money from public for no service.

Dialog Scammers

One of the biggest scammers in Sri Lanka!
They claim they are the #1 network provider but in reality the worst.

Now let me tell what i experienced recently (I have more very disgusting experiences in the past) this is the latest. My connection got invalid for incoming calls and had to wait for 5 days to get it done! All they say is their technical team is working on it! If they are the #1 network provider then why would they need five days to get back my connection?

Poor customer service

They have issued a SIM to me owned by someone else and i was unable to communicate using the SIM,i have been unable to contact customer support for several days. Every time I call their direct lines, a recorded message in Tamil plays and the call disconnects automatically. This has caused significant stress and frustration, as I have had no way to receive assistance or resolve this issue. And apart from that ,The same SIM number they gave me had a registered WhatsApp owner ,with different email ID.This can cause data privacy issues as well.

Absolutely the WORST!!!!!

Absolutely the WORST!!!!!! Extremely the Worst. Im experiencing the slowest internet speed I ever did. It take hours to load a page. Unbelievable. It's very surprising to see this company still allowed to rob people like this.

Extremely disappointed with Dialog Sri…

Extremely disappointed with Dialog Sri Lanka. They disconnected my connection without informing me, and as a result, I’m unable to access online services to pay my bill. How is a customer supposed to pay when there is no connection? This shows poor customer handling and lack of basic communication.

Horrible data connection

I would give minus stars if possible. The internet connection is the worst it could ever be. I'm switching to another internet service provider. Do not recommend dialog to anyone anymore!

You and your useless internet

You and your useless internet. this cheating dialog taking monthly payment on time but not providing proper internet connection. every few second it is dropping. government approved island leading cheaters.

Dialog is the worst... slowest data... worst expensive packages... nothing is good with dialog... bad service as well..... worlds most worst network.... i would like to rate -5 star....

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Very difficult to get things done. Using dialog since it’s the only option in Sri Lanka. If a good new competitor enters the Sri Lanka market. I’ll be one of the first to switch for sure.

Worst internet service provider ive…

Worst internet service provider ive ever experienced. Super unfair packages. Even 3G isnt stable in most of the areas. If you need to experience what could be the worlds slowest internet in 2025+ you can try dialog
