I recently spoke with Mike Murphy regarding their services after putting in a request to BARK. Mike was very engaging, professional,creative and explained what Digital Software Labs has to offer in a very simplified form. Maybe he tailored his message for the luddite in me. Or perhaps he just knows his business so well he can lay it out over the phone using analogies, which is immensely helpful for someone new to the world of marketing. They have a tiered system, which was especially intriguing and fair.

Don't waste your Time
I was approached by a sales rep from Digital Software Labs while researching companies to create my website. I was guaranteed they were going to be able to create what I wanted and go beyond my expectations. Once the job began, every week I was advised by their rep the site will be completed within the next 24 hours. 3 months later, with a website still unfinished I was treated with aggressive hostility and told "I need to mind how I am speaking." THEY decided my site was completed. My request was for a simple site showcasing my portfolio. They left me with unaligned (some blurry) images that when you click on them, show the file name at the bottom, plus so much more to even begin to mention. Could not be more unprofessional. I have taken my business elsewhere and had to pay for another company to fix this mess. Take my word, this company as of now is the wrong choice. Save yourself the headache.
