Tracy 893 excellent service.
Tracy 893 has been delivering to me for some time now. Service is great and products are very tasty. Tracey will call to see if I want anything, there is no pressure to buy and if I’m not ready to stock up at that time she will call me on her next visit. Tracy is always pleasant and has time for a chat.

Such a random thing, buying food from the back of a truck - but the quality is outstanding and Simon (rep 3018) was super professional and we ended up having a good old natter! Looking forward to reordering the desserts the most!

I know exactly what you mean — it does feel a bit random at first! But I’m so glad you gave it a try and loved the quality. Simon will be really pleased to hear that too, he’s great at what he does (and always up for a good natter ). Definitely don’t leave it too long before your next order… those desserts have a habit of disappearing quickly!
Top quality products.
We have been using Dining Solutions Direct since we moved into the area and have never been disappointed.
Graham (1356) is so knowledgeable about his products without the hard sell. It's a pleasure to see him at our door.
We are pescatarians and have only had their fish which is top quality.
We will continue to buy from DSD but only wish we had a bigger freezer. Highly recommended 👌

From my experience over the last 5 years or so, the frozen food products I have purchased are good quality and the service we receive from Robbie (rep 944) over that time has been excellent.

I've enjoyed a wide variety of fish from Dining Solutions
I've bought a variety of fish from Dining Solutions for several years. Tracy either phones to say she is nearby or sometimes just appears at our door with a small van full of frozen food. This weekend she came late on Saturday morning. She is friendly and polite and just accepts that sometimes I simply don't need anything. So very professional.
Compared to our local supermarkets the fish is good quality although occasionally slightly more expensive. The fillets tend to be larger so a bit like those you get in a good quality restaurant. They stock a large variety of products, some that I never see locally such as swordfish steaks - these are great.
The quality of the fish is always good; I've never tried any of the meat products but probably will in the future as my experience with the fish has always been good.

We pride ourselves on offering restaurant-quality fillets and products that aren’t always easy to find locally, so it’s good to know the swordfish steaks have been a hit. While we know we’re not always the cheapest option compared to supermarkets, our focus is consistently on quality, portion size and sourcing – and we’re glad that’s been reflected in your experience.
When you do decide to try some of the meat products, we hope they impress you just as much as the fish has.

What makes my experience with DSD is "Robby' - Roberto to us (944). He has extensive knowledge of the product. If I would like a little something different he would make a further delivery the following week. He is kind, helpful and knowledgable. My dog "Brian" always looks forward to his visits!!. We ask Robby to visit us every few months, and stock up. He is alway a phone call away should we wish to order more... he goes above and beyond. I always have a lovely conversation with him. We have used him for years, and wouldn't want any other sales person. Great service and food :).

Tracy 893 usually comes every 3 months or so and always delivers excellent service. The selection is great and the portion sizes are very good. The quality of the products is far better than what the high street stores offer. Altogether a great service.

I’ve known Tracy (893) for a number of years now and she’s always been friendly and accommodating when it comes to scheduling a visit. Products are excellent, love the chicken selection and there’s always something on the menu that will suit all tastes. Love it when she pops round in the Summer where she’ll have a great stock of BBQ food which always goes down a treat with the family. I always have a chit chat with Tracy whenever she pops round and wholly recommend her and the selection of foods on offer.

We love the consistently tasty, top quality food from DSD, which Tracy 893 has been delivering to us for many years now.
