The delivery was prompt (I think it took 2-3 days if I remember correctly) and the charger has been working so far. The price was fair as well compared to similar options on the market. Wish I read the reviews before ordering!

Ordered an item listed as in stock a week ago, only once I’ve chased the order. They’ve told me that the item will be dispatched tomorrow at which point is too late as we had the works booked in for then. Not at one point did DTS try to contact me to inform me of the delay.

I was told the customer services representative would phone me back once they have looked into why it has taken so long to dispatch, yet they have not followed me back, they are now not answering the phone and they’re voice-mailbox is full

After much research into the type of downlight I wanted in my house, and after trying a couple recommended by my local supplier, I decided to put my faith back into Robus downlights as I have used them before. Finding a supplier at a good price was very easy as DTS pinged up on my internet search as the cheapest supplier. I ordered 20, they were delivered within 2 days and they have all been fitted and they are all perfect. So very happy with DTS for the price, speed of delivery and range on offer. Will be using them again. And probably again.

I was more than impressed with the price and quality of the lights I purchased. Additionally when they were delivered the courier helped me take them inside my house as they were very heavy and needed to get them up two steps into the porch before coming into the house. He certainly went above and beyond my expectations.
