Update, after my suggestion for a home visit, this was agreed on 14th Jan, but despite chasing this I still dont have a date for a visit. Again, poor aftercare sadly.
Porch installation. Several faults, one main fault reported whilst porch still under warranty and given incorrect advice. Called back and warranty had expired. Very poor customer service. Door locking mechanism broke due to incorrectly installed door and I had to pay for another company to repair as this company refused despite it being faulty installation. Genuine customer looking for an appropriate and fair resolution to a problem their installation caused. I would not purchase a porch installation, in my experience it is poor quality, poor after care, and customer service. Any cost saved you will most likely end up paying to arrange repairs.

This company is absolutely terrible!!!had a front door supplied and fitted!! Absolutely garbage! Draughty! Rain getting through door!had so called engineers out! They replaced the door 3 times! Once due to their mismeasurement! And twice due to rain getting in!! And it's still happening! They say it's out of warranty!😂 Stay away terrible company!,,😡

I wouldn't recommend, their fitters lied and said that they had fitted flat bars above the windows when they hadn't. The original surveyor from Direct Window Co returned, removed the trims and confirmed that nothing had been fitted leaving brickwork above the new windows unsupported. Direct Window Co then had to send builders back to fit lintels (they did a fantastic job), before more fitters returning to re-trim. It's a shame because the quality of the windows is good and I am happy with the job now after the issues have been rectified. If I hadn't asked questions and had a basic understanding about engineering then quite easily could have been left in a position where the brickwork could have deteriorated being left unsupported.

Always used Direct Windows, been very lucky with the fitters, they are very professional.
Once the surveyor has been out you don't wait long for your Windows to be installed. Would thoroughly recommend.

John was absolutely excellent. Prompt to arrive, hardworking, polite and really efficient. He is a credit to the company and a really lovely employee. He fitted the door really efficiently and he went above and beyond to help solve a problem with our back door.

Happy with the guidance & advice received from Direct Window Co. The installation was carried out in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the windows. Would recommend.

DWC started work on a £30k conservatory in Oct 2021. Some 3 years later I am left with a build which to rectify these faults need completely dismantling and starting again. This includes, plans which were not drawn adequately from day one, a guttering system that is incapable of working to capacity and so leaks into the build, brickwork which has weak and faulty mortar all the way through the build and an uneven floor. They have agreed that these faults are there! Over the past 3 years the company and consistently tried to rectify faults by bodging and fixing problems as cheaply as possible. I have patiently tried to sensibly negotiate this situation over the past 2 years only to be offered a token gesture of remedial work. They cannot take responsibility to deliver the product they offered. They have now offered to waive a final payment which in no way matches the costs needed to resolve the issues. Put through a living hell for well over 2 years with a weak management structure which cares nothing about the customer and good service only taking money from you. Still waiting for an apology! Disgraceful company.

Great customer care fantastic quality, spot on survey even though my house is anything straight or level. And the installer took great care in fitting and leaving a clean job.
In fact I have already put in an order for my patio doors to be made.

Your fitter Ian arrived on time and in a very professional way removed our old windows and fitted our new units. He cleaned up after the fitting leaving our place clean

Was never here at the time he said he would be turned up any time between 845 to 915 . What a mess he left in the garden at the back and on the front oil stains coffee stains had to get power washer out to clean ot all still got oil stains on my drive way at the back there was mud splattered all over the conservatory it has took me 3 days to clean and sweep the mess up he was soposed to put a light back in 4 me but said the wire was 2 short and to top it all my gutter is leaking and they can't get here until a week to do anything
Not happy at all I am in my mid 60s and not in good health and having all this to put up with

All steps if the process of getting a new door went smoothly, from the sales office, surveyor to door fitter.

0202543. The prices quoted were competitive and it was good to visit the show room before placing the order. The fitters were excellent and respectful to the property. Covers were placed to protect the floor covering and they were mindful not to damage the areas adjacent to where the door and windows were being fitted.

Pleased with my new front door.. Fitted in good time. Fitters polite & cleaned up after themselves. Had many compliments on my new door. 69551. I would recommend Direct windows.

Paul arrived and quickly sorted out the work area to enable him to lay his hands on everything he needs easily. He carefully dismantled the old door and frame keeping the area clean and tidy as he worked. He then fitted the framework and the new door. After he completed the work he took us through all aspects to make sure we were happy with the work he had done. Can't rate his work highly enough. Would recommend him and the door/ frame to anyone. My wife and I decided to have new patio doors. We went to visit Direct Windows showrooms. We were greeted with curtesy. The sales staff allowed us to browse through the show room. An appointment was arranged for the sales person to visit our home. He arrived on time. After explaining there products we without high pressure sales decided to have Direct Windows install our new patio door.
Our new door was fitted within the six weeks of placing the order.
On the day of installing the fitter (John) was very polite he showed respect to us and our property. He done an excellent job of installing the door (working by himself). When he finished he cleaned up both in the house and the garden and removing all the rubbish.
We will definitely use this firm again.

Had a new patio window installed.The fitters were very neat and tidy and did a great job.Was a small problem with the door handle but was sorted the next day. This is the 3rd time using this firm and didn’t disappoint.

From start to finish the fitters Ashley and Tommy did a great job and were a pleasure to have in your home. Anything we had issues with they sorted out quickly and professionally with Direct Windows. The Double glazing and front door looks very smart indeed and the whole house feels a lot warmer, would definitely recommend the Direct Window Company and would use them again in the future. A high quality job from start to finish.
The door was very well fitted by the lads who were friendly and helpful throughout.
The area was left clean and tidy with all waste including the old door removed.
Good care advice given for the new door which is helpful.
