j'ai fait tourner mon pc 1 jour entier pour aprendre qu'il faut payer a la fin .... et 80 euro !!!!!!!

Advertised as "free" across its website, it initially scanned one partition on the drive then it asked for a payment -- not FREE as advertised -- asked for $. I paid it because I was desperate and it only did one partition finding no files, then wanted me to rescan again. Wasted several hours using Disk drill whereas other software takes less time. NO FILES RECOVERED using Disk Drill! I finally did recover my files using a tech service $$$. Drill Disk is a scam, deceptive advertising. Stay Away. No refunds.

Deliberately misleading, advertised as free, scanned drive for 24 Hours, and was met by payment wall. There are multitudes better software that works better and are free that I could have used now Disk drill wasted hours of my time and removed any likelihood of my recovering data from my failing drive.

Worthless, pointless, stupid and waste of time and money. I am so upset that I couldn't see these reviews first. It is a well run scam because when you google reviews, this cleverfiles site comes up with all of these positive reviews. But yeah this is a scam and not worth it. Your files are most likely lost unfortunetly

Diese Programm ist NICHT kostenlos. Man kann nur immer ein paar Megabyte sichern. Man muss also manuell einzelne Dateien anklicken, diese sichern, dann wieder Dateien anklicken usw. Total unbrauchbar. Ich war bereit dafür zu bezahlen, weil ich das nicht händisch machen wollte. Aber der kleinste Preis lag bei 100 €. Also umgehend deinstalliert. Warum das bei kostenlos auftaucht ist mir ein Rätsel.

Before you but diskdrill please do the following.

First generate a log file in diskdrill, you can Google it "generate diskdrill log file"

After you generate the log file serach for the word trim, if you saw this "TRIM = Y,", it means it's impossible to recover you data, so don't waste you time, if not continue.

And make sure you can see the preview because if you can't 80 percent chance it won't be recovered.

The customer service where beyond amazing and they helped me and settle the issue by providing me a partial refund without revoking the license.

DESTROYED MY DRIVE. THIS APP extrudes data in useless and unusable formats and then completely tanks your drive. I cannot even find my other data now and I have heard they will try and rip you off on the refund.

Actually this destroyed my drive so bad, it won't mount, I cannot even erase or restore it. It's just complete junk now. THANKS DISK DRILL. GET OUT OF BUSINESS.

UPDATE: Oh no, it gets worse. Actually your computer if it is a Mac will not be able to read any drives after this.

Attention !!!!! even if you are in possession of a regularly purchased license, when you are subsequently offered to upgrade the version, you lose the use of the version you have purchased.

Ich hatte Disk Drill auf ihrer Seite beworben und diese wurde gleich danach wieder entfernt, weil sie weniger als vier Sterne hatte. Deshalb veröffentliche ich meine Bewertung hier noch einmal:

Ich hatte Disk Drill gekauft, weil mir die kostenlose Version gute Rettungschancen angezeigt hatte.
Natürlich konnte ich nicht die ganzen vielen Daten über die Vorschau validieren, ob sie denn tatsächlich korrekt gerettet wurden.
Kurzer Hand entschied ich mich für den Kauf und aktivierte die Demoversion zur Vollversion.
Nachträglich stellte ich fest, dass sehr sehr viele Daten aus den mit hohe Erfolgschance versprochenen Rettung überhaupt nicht gerettet werden konnten.
Auf kurze Nachfrage beim Kunden-Support hieß es, dass die Software das so macht, wie sie die Datei einschätzt. Und weil ich beim Kauf, den Verzicht auf den Kaufrücktritt akzeptieren musste, blieb ich auf den Kosten sitzen.

Eine woche darauf habe ich mir eine andere Datenrettungs-Software gekauft (Namen nennen ich hier natürlich nicht) und meine Daten damit gerettet.
Tja, wer voreilig kauft, zahlt zwei Mal.

Rettet nichts was auch nicht ein gratis Program zuruck holt.
Gekauft (Aktionswoche) nachdem ich viele (anscheinend FAKE) Erfahrungen gelesen hatte.
Früher habe ich R-studio pro benutz und dachte jede bezahl app ist besser als gratis programme nach diese Erfahrung . Leider gilt nicht für diskdrill noch dazu drängt es sich immer wieder aktiv und dabei zu sein bei windows wieso auch immer. Inaktiv bei nicht gebrauch scheint nicht gern zu haben. Naja bezahlt und entäuscht. Hoffe nur andere zu helfen, JEDE kostenlose recover programm ist besser als diskdrill ( Getestet mit HD ide,SSD, UND M.2 Disks
Fotos und Dokumente). Am ende war Gratis Recuva sogar und leider noch besser :-(.
Meine Bezahl Erfahrungen liegt R-studio Vorn (meine Erfahrung, je nach daten gibt sicher auch viel bessere), es gibt aber sehr gute andere programme die den name recover auch Verdient haben.

FAZIT:
Falls geld eine rolle spielt benutzt gratis programme statt disk drill. Was kostenlose programme nicht retten rettet disk drill auch nicht !!!!!!! und ich meine nicht was noch in Papierkorb noch vorhanden ist ! für die Besserwisser oder bezahlte Bewerter!!

WARNING not a good program, you can get far better form a recognised brand and it will not rip you off

as many others have said went to this software on recommendation from a youtube video whilst looking for a company that recovers data without lifting your leg !
conclusion no such thing exists , the software identified it could recover the files i lost on the disk that was only a year old (out of warranty) So bought the paid version , thought it wold be good for the next time a disk fails , nope they have upgraded the software and want more money ! wont be doing that again .Fed up with rip off world !!!

richtig geile software. habe meine SD Karte mehrfach formatiert und die Software hat alle Daten wiederherstellen können.

Ich habe die Software aus der App SETAPP bezogen - kann ich auch nur empfehlen.

Due to some malware I lost all the important documents and images of my external drive. After watching several YouTube videos who had recommended this, I tried the free version first. Than I noticed that it has recovered most of them. That was the time when I decided to purchase it. Fortunately I got all the images and documents but I could not recovered the videos. It was recovered but corrupted, unable to play.

Should have come here first! Watch a few youtube video's recommending them and bought it, a waste of money, about 1/4 of files lost of that many are corrupted, very annoyed.

What is the point of recovery software if what is recovered cannot be read. Reconstructed Relabeled files, videos, audio etc. Are WORTHLESS IF THEY CANNOT BE RECOVERED IN THE CONDITION THAT THEY ORIGINALLY WERE WRITTEN OR MADE.
