My mother passed away at home. 4phone calls to find out when they were coming to collect my mother, given different times all the time.No dignity with this company at all. Cancelled the plan then had to wait 2 days for money to be refunded.If I could give -5 I would. BEWARE!!!

The services both Christopher and I received was outstanding from the time we made the call when my aunt passed away. Throughout the time and to the point when my aunt came home even thre driver was so sincere. Thank you.

Their customer service staff are excellent. I had a dedicated member of staff, Sarah Miller, who went over and beyond to reassure me. Everything was carried out with incredible efficiency and support. I had a bad experience with another direct cremation undertakers and appreciate so much the faultless care and support Distinct Cremation gave me.

I cannot thank the team at distinct cremations enough. From the first phone call they were so helpful, kind and compassionate. They kept in touch throughout the whole process from start to finish. We had my dad hand delivered to us yesterday and a phone call today to see how everything went.
I would highly recommend distinct cremations over and over again. Everyone that I dealt with on the phone were so caring and really put me at ease at the worst time. From the cost to the whole package from start to finish.

The agent was clear about the benefits of the prepaid funeral plan, and offered us a reduction based on two of us taking out a plan.

It was very simple to do and the staff were very pleasant and professional. It’s nice to know that everything is sorted and the children won’t have to organise anything at their saddest time

It was so easy to set up no issues at all and paying over 60 months great as you don’t miss the money. Also received courtesy call to see if paper work had arrived to my sister which is a nice touch these days.

Very simple form to fill in. Everything is clearly written and easy to understand.

Set up a plan for myself online and, it was so easy to do.
Customer Service very helpful if you need to speak to them.
Although l spent time thinking about a plan l kept putting it off as dying is not something we like to talk about even though one day it will happen.
Glad l sorted it and it means my family do not need the stress of doing this for me.

Excellent Company had a fantastic lady Yasmin who helped and advised me through the process . The whole process from calling not long after my father in law passed away( no plan in place) and I had no clue what I was doing, Yasmin was excellent and made the stress go away. I would highly recommend this

Absolutely amazing service! kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble. They treated my relative as they would there own. It brought so much comfort to know that they was talking to him. Every detail was explained. He had the best send off and he would be so proud.
