My car has been with you about 4 weeks through Churchill insurance, you returned that with a few major faults that has not been fixed yet.

DLG was extremely helpful in keeping me updated of to date with regards to repairs being carried out on my vehicle

DLG Autos were brilliant from start to finish, took every bit of stress out of a stressful time, kept us informed, kept to time schedule, delivered a replacement car, when collecting our damaged car, returning ours back and car had been valeted, absolutely brilliant, all staff friendly and professional.

It was perfect from start to finish. I was kept updated every step of the way, and once my car arrived at the garage and had been inspected, I received a call with details of the work needed and an estimated completion date.

The work was completed to a very high standard, and the car was returned to me much sooner than expected. This company treated me with politeness and respect at every step. I cannot fault them and would recommend them.

The whole process of my car repair from start to finish was dealt with extremely well. The staff handling the telephone calls were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite explaining the process to me, as we're the two drivers who collected and returned my car.

Excellent repair

I was very please with the friendly and efficient team at the Barnsley DLG branch. they did an excellent repair on my car and returned it in sparkling condition, earlier than expected.
It was however slightly disappointing that they were unable to provide a courtesy car of the same standard as my own and kept me waiting some considerable time in reception for a vehicle to be prepared. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

The repair was quicker than first thought and I was kept up to date with what was happening.
