Dolphin Stairlifts (South West) Ltd are an independent provider of stairlifts, through-the-floor-lifts, pool hoists and other lifting solutions to clients in Devon. We are also referred to as ‘Dolphin Devon Stairlifts’. Being an approved agent for many of the largest manufacturers in the industry including Stannah, Wessex, Access, Stiltz homelifts, Platinum, Terry Lifts and Bruno means we can provide the right product for your individual requirements at the best price. We’re not tied to one manufacturer or one type of stairlift; so no matter what your requirement, we can find the right solution for you and your home. Our team prides itself on being highly professional whilst offering that personal touch and warmth which comes naturally from a family-run business. We care that you have the right stairlift or lifting solution fitted to meet your individual needs and with over 25 years’ experience, we are confident in the advice we give and the work we do. We don’t employ sales people to carry out our free surveys – just trained engineer surveyors who are not paid on a commission basis. So there’s no hard sell from us and we never outstay our welcome. As well as catering for individuals in their home Dolphin Devon Stairlifts works with Local Authority and Professional Care Providers including; Devon County Council, Exeter City Council, Plymouth City Council, Torridge District Council, Torbay Council, South Hams District Council, Westward Housing Association, Cornerstone, Guinness Trust, LiveWest and Pluss Home Improvement Services.

Flow X stairlift just installed...all good
Flow X stairlift just installed. That process was totally satisfactory with great care being taken on what was a hot day. It says a lot about a firm when a lot of their staff have worked for them for many years. Everyone who we dealt with were professional in their approach and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely no sales pressure. I am confidant that should any tweaks to the stairlift be needed then they will be attended to politely, quickly and efficiently.
A good firm to deal with.

If you need a lift we recommend this Company
We have just had a platform lift installed by this company. They put us in touch with SW Aid who did a fabulous job at an excellent price for the necessary building work. The company employed to install were also excellent and we cannot recommend Dolphin more as their staff were brilliant and as helpful as could be wanted. We now have safety at a reasonable price. A call away and in this emergency I can't get upstairs to bed . But I have a contract worth every penny . One call a d before long stair lift is up and down again. Thank you Dolphin for 8 years service thank you to each engineer who came from afar.😎

Service and repair
The initial request for a service was made promptly, and although there was a problem, they fitted me in after a cancellation for the repair to be done.
Both engineers were pleasant, considerate and understood my concerns.
They are a credit to the company, and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Excellent experience all round
Excellent experience all round, starting with the young lady in the showroom and ending with Gary who installed the lift, not forgetting Perry who did all the measurements. All the staff were friendly, professional, cheerful and efficient.

I would absolutely recommend this company.
The staff are knowlegeable, helpful and polite.
We bought a FlowX stairlift after trying one out at the showroom. It was installed within a month, looks good and is working well.
