Having worked with Dolphin Lifts for both myself and my parents, I can highly recommend them. The variety of other mobility products on display also left a strong impression on me.

Great professionalism from office communication to first visit to installation by all concerned. Installed early August with friendliness and efficiency, we needed an alteration in October which was done with equal good will and skill. No pressure with initial admin and guarantee info, and the two engineers on the separate occasions of installation were excellent. Everything working well, thus writing review now. Thank you.

So Adam buck came first off to do the survey and then Leigh tucker came to install the stairlift today. The service from start to finish has been amazing you can tell from the way both men spoke they enjoyed their jobs and working for their company they were both kind polite and very professional.

The whole experience has been fantastic.

Gary was outstanding!!! -he was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and exceptional at his job. All rubbish was removed and he left everything spotless.

He took time to explain all aspects of the stairlifts function and really put as at ease.

Would 100% recommend both Dolphin and Gary the installer.

I was very impressed with my recent experience when Dolphindevon installed a stairlift. My cottage has narrow steep stairs with a bend and overhanging ceiling. Ben and Lee did a brilliant job, with little disturbance and no mess. They were polite and careful and explained everything to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My engineer phoned to tell me who would be visiting. He was polite, kind and spent a good amount of time ensuring the stairlift was operational and working to it's best. The full service includes a clean (which was more required in the areas that I could not reach - pet hair had got under the casing out of reach!). All in all a great experience and your engineer should be thanked for his professional attitude.

They answered my initial enquiry straight away and the engineer came the next day. They are always very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Our staircase was a particularly tricky circular staircase in a listed building . The Instaler Lee went to exceptional lengths to retain our handrail to maintain safety for non chair users . He did an absolutely first rate job and I could not praise him highly enough for his efforts . I have no hesitation in giving Dolphin the highest marks for the whole package .
