Very good quality blinds, service I received was spot on couldnt fault it. Ordered mix of blackout and dimout about 12 in total all fitted as planned used them everyday. About 6years old now still going strong. Would recommend dotcom blinds to anyone.
I found the sample service, ordering, delivery and quality of product to be excellent, can't be faulted. Delivery of made to measure curtains was inside 2 weeks, well packaged. I won't hesitate to use dotcomblinds again or recommend to family and friends.
Excellent service - blinds arrived on time exactly to specification. Very simple to install too.
A great company to deal with. The sample service was great to be able to ensure the colour was right for the rooms. Only had to wait a week for the wooden venetians but the roller blinds came in 2 days. Great finished result and glad you could actually speak to someone when I had a few questions which you can't with most online companies!
Terrible company.
Order arrived a completely different colour as described. Also the head rail was another completely different colour to the slats. I ordered brushed gold but the slats where copper and the head rail was beige. When contacting them they have a load of excuses like I should’ve ordered a sample but that doesn’t explain away the head rail that does match the slats. Their excuse was, we try match it you the nearest colour. It may as well have been luminous green. I mean come on!!!! The site doesn’t explain this and it isn’t at all clear that colours may not be what you order. There’s a statement in the small print terms and cons which they are of course happy to send you. It’s misleading and they’re selling not fit for purpose blinds to unsuspecting customers like me. Joe at DotCom accepted no responsibility whatsoever and offered no resolve. STEER CLEAR and spend your money elsewhere. They’re rip off merchants!!

They supplied a blackout roller blind. It was immediately obvious that it was too short. The blind was 37 mm narrower than the recess. Although you need a bit of space for the brackets it was not fit for purpose for being a blackout blind. They said it was ok but my other blinds fit perfectly with only a small gap between the blind and the walls. So appalling quality and appalling customer service. I wish I'd read the other reviews first. Don't buy from them, go elsewhere.
They have responded but nothing they say changes the fact that their product is too narrow and not fit for purpose. If they hade made it 12mm wider it would have been much better. I rrprat again that my other blinds fit much better and i wish i knew who supplied them. I repeat that they are an appalling company.

Right size guarantee terms are not made clear before purchasing. Default position of the company is to mis trust their customers vs help delivery the product they purchased.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered 3 bifold blinds from this company a couple of months ago. When I was compairing prices on different sites. I decided to order from Dotcom. Unfortunately, although I had searched on their website in inches, when I went back into the site I did not notice that it had automatically reverted to centimetres. Consequently, when the blinds came they were ridiculously small and no good. When I contacted them to query it, they were most unhelpful and said if I had paid the extra 'insurance' fee to them when ordering, then they would have replaced them. I did not even see that option but if they need a cover fee to get them right, then they are obviously doing something wrong. I would advise any prospective customers to shop elsewhere. This company are a load of charlatans. I now cannot afford to buy more blinds. Almost £200 wasted.

Ordered a made to measure electric roller blind with next day delivery, arrived as expected, perfect from start to finish, would definitely use Dotcomblinds again.

Lied to about arrival date
Offered compensation then retracted it in and email after assuring me i would get it.

Update, so a replacement blind has been sent, but has arrived damaged. Am awaiting instruction on what to do next.
You get what you pay for I suppose. Ordered 3 blinds for bifolds at a drop of 201cm. Waited 5 weeks they arrived and had only a drop of 21cm. Told human error when entering dimensions into machine but no one double checked or checked after build to make sure order was correct, they even put 201cm on the bag they put them in very poor!!!!! Total waste of time got a refund went elsewhere.
