Absolutely awful site. How it got such a high score on here is beyond me. I made a first deposit of £10 for their offer. Never won anything but managed to keep my £10 so withdrew it 24 hours ago. Still showing as pending on my account and not been released. Literally THE ONLY site ive played on that delays paying out this long. Thank god it was only a tenner.

Having had a dreadful experience last…
Having had a dreadful experience last month after a large win, it was decided my account needed to be verified, after being a customer for years. Waited over a week for the outcome before finally being paid. During which time I was persistently given generic responses on chat to my questions. Eventually received my winnings over a week later.
Had another win yesterday 12.10pm June 17th It is now 1.05 pm on the following day and my withdrawal is still sitting in pending. I spoke with chat (twice) both times told me I needed to send verification. Told them I had done it last month, only for them to correct themselves and said my withdrawal was being processed. Now I am convinced they still have the verification flag on my account. How come they can pay out small amounts in a few minutes out of the time frame they say is needed for withdrawals but large amounts take a lot longer - surely it should be the same process.
Having read a lot of the reviews it would seem that there is a common thread with anyone having a large win, firstly a timely verification process and secondly a lengthy extended period before receiving payment. I am starting to think that there is insufficient staff to complete the necessary verifications and to process the large withdrawals, although other sites have efficient withdrawal systems in place without the need to chase up winnings.
I will review this again if, and when my money is paid out today.

this is my second review
this is my second review. this site is shockingly bad...
i made a few small withdrawals. all was fine...i won over £1000 and withdrew £1200. that was one week ago. the day it was due to clear in my account i was told they needed documents which i sent. i was advised 1-3 days, and reassured multiple times. which already wasnt good enough as i was already promised my funds would be cleared that day.
its been 1 week, 5 working days and still nothing. evertime i am being chased im getting generic responses to "reassure me" that its being "closely monitored" you have broken the promised time and im chasing daily with no answer.
i have a letter drafted to the gambling commision and will send this today if i still receive no response as this is misconduct.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Im really happy with the experience so far , apart from how long it takes for a withdrawal to be paid most other sites are instant or within an hour but it’s been 24 hrs since I’ve made the withdrawal and it’s still pending.
Update. Winnings was paid the day after before 6pm so I have changed my review to 5stars as customer service and game experience was fantastic

Thanks for leaving your feedback. We know that when customers request a withdrawal, they want it processed quickly and reliably. For that reason, we already run withdrawal processing seven days a week.
On weekends, the service runs at a smaller scale for now, so some requests may take up to the first available business day, but our teams still push to release funds as promptly as possible.
We are also in the process of rolling out internal updates that will “supercharge” this part of the service. The aim is to cut down waiting times and make payouts more consistent, no matter which method you use or what day it is.

I deposited £20, and met wagering requirements on bingo.
I used the money to play slots, and won over £3000!!
I was shocked.
Beginners luck maybe.
So I contacted support and 11pm last night asking if they need any documents before I withdraw a huge amount. They said no all is fine and I'll receive my pay out today
Still no payout! So I contacted support again and spoke to Jose David. He actually helped a lot and explained the process and exculated it for me.
1 hour later I get an email, I need to verify documents. Which is fine, I did this
Went on support again after reading some of these reviews about not receiving big winnings, and met with Jose David again,
He pushed for my documents to be escalated again instead of waiting days on end as I was already told I would receive payout today!
I'm now waiting for them to be verified and to receive my winnings
Once I receive the money I won I will up the stars
As a new player and joining through a 3rd party claiming to be fast withdrawal, I'm actually disappointed by all this.
The only reason for my 3 stars right now is because of customer service ( Jose David)

I joined mainly because of the £60 welcome bonus.I had a few wins on the bingo and managed to come away with £120 profit, a £70 and a £50,I withdrew the money 12th of may at 8pm,14th may and I’m still waiting. I originally wrote a review praising customer service advisor for support given.
I have since logged back in to my account and they have taken all the funds i won because I made a withdrawal of winnings i won from my own deposit.
I had a £40 bingo bonus which i won over £100 and the company have taken it all back because i withdrew my own winnings from a spins game.
Will not be using the company again.
UPDATE TO DOTTY BINGO
The promotion was deposit £10 and receive a £40 bingo bonus with restrictions to withdrawing funds until the wagering requirements were met.
I received my £40 bonus and won twice giving me over £100 in bingo bonus funds to play with.
I then opted in to the casino offer which was deposit £20 and receive 10 free spins which i done.
I opted to not use my free spins until I had played my own funds.
I again won from using my own funds..not the free spins so withdrew my winnings and went to use my free spins and they had been removed.
When i returned to my bingo page over £100 winnings from my bingo bonus had also been revoked.
I opted in to 2 separate promotions and because I lifted winnings i had won from using my own funds and not my bingo bonus all winnings were revoked.
Two separate promotions with two separate sets of wagering requirements. I am entitled to withdraw winnings from money i had deposited and won from. Not my casino bonus which I didn't even get because along with my bingo winnings being revoked my casino free spins that were offered following a £20 deposit were also revoked.
