Absolutely disgusting site, my partner won 3148 which was accepted and processed his bank card linked to his Apple Pay was locked so his bank declined the payment meaning it needed a bank transfer he was initially asked for a picture of his bank card and photo id which he sent then a bank statement which he again sent then proof of other cards and bank statements on account which he provided but one account his statement for September won’t be available until 8th October baring in mind this is not the bank he is withdrawing too however he has got the bank to provide a pdf letter confirming all transactions with his name and address etc in they have now suspended his account, blocked him from accessing live chat and ignoring his emails would not recommend this company at all it’s disgusting.

UPDATE (28 September 2026):To clarify: I am writing this review on behalf of my partner, but HE is the one trying to contact you. His account is the one you have suspended, and his device is the one you have completely blocked from accessing live chat. He is the sole account holder and has already emailed you his official ID, bank statements, and certified PDF letters.You are using the fact that I wrote this review to deflect from the fact that you are ignoring him and withholding his £3,148 winnings. He cannot follow your instruction to "go on live chat" because you have blocked him.

Bryn was top notch with customer service and attention to what I queried about. The help and the feedback was great. Query solved almost immediately. Even listened to some friendly advice in customer feedback with regards to more options with Bet Builder bets. Bryn deserves a Guinness.

Made 1 deposit and won £1000 within no time had a email saying I was banned from all promotions etc which I don’t use or never take bonuses anyway. Scam! After winning £740 my account was blocked without giving me the chance to withdraw my £5000 which I deposited into their account
I have been chasing my funds till today 15/09/2026 plus the stress you caused me.I received no response until I filled a complaint. What surprise me that I sent numerous emails regarding my £5000 funds to be returned to me I received no reply.
When I sent a complaint to the same email address they replied to me straight away that will investigate and reply in 8 weeks. Don’t worry i will fight and will recover my money plus interest.

Terrible payouts.. you can deposit.. play MINIMUM stake and be out of money in 3 minutes because it’s averaging 1 in 84 spins returning anything at all.. 83 of them return zero.. actually had a dead spin run of nearly 200 spins without any returning anything.

I think maybe you should take some addiction training in your line of work.. I’m not sure it’s wise to be bragging that people keep coming back when we know gambling creates addiction and misery for a lot of people.. so yes addicts WOULD come back even if they are losing everyday so your point was very insensitive towards the struggles of some of your customers. And maybe you shouldn’t celebrate that or use it to gloat.
