The company is a pure joke, they advertise they process withdrawals 247. But i requested withdrawal at 00.37, and iv waited over 7 hours my money still hasnt been processed, i dont doubt that ill get the money. Its just stressfulll waiting. Never gambling at night ever again cozz they dont process withdrawals. 247. Also reinstate my live chat privelledges please, its a joke that im blocked from your live chat also!!!

Have used DragonBet for years, but had an issue with a withdrawal for the first time. Contacted customer services on a Sunday, not expecting a reply. Duncan replied instantly, understood the issue and resolved within an hour. Was great to speak to a knowledgeable customer service agent, rather than stuck at an AI bot like other firms.

After kicking me out in the middle of my bonus game ( which happened multiple times not only once) I couldn't get back again and customer service was absolutely not helping. Ridiculous website...

Not my favourite site but I have won but nothing big and have deposited way more than withdrawn it seems there is only one winner on this site a female from Wales but yet to see a win anything near hers

I am extremely disappointed with how DragonBet has handled my withdrawal.

My withdrawal was processed and sent to my bank, and I have evidence confirming this. The payment was then declined because my payment method was locked at the time. This has since been resolved.

I have fully cooperated with DragonBet’s verification requests and provided the documentation and alternative evidence available to me. I have also contacted my bank directly and obtained written confirmation of the relevant transactions.

I successfully passed DragonBet’s KYC checks on the same morning that my account was suspended.

Despite this, my account has been suspended and my withdrawal remains unresolved. I cannot access live chat because of the suspension, and DragonBet has not responded to my emails since 26 September.

What I find particularly frustrating is that DragonBet has found the time to respond publicly to my partner’s Trustpilot review about this situation, while I am still waiting for a response to my own emails regarding my account and my money.

I have been told that my complaint can take up to eight weeks to investigate. This is a significant amount of money, and it is extremely stressful having my funds inaccessible when I have fully cooperated with the verification process and provided substantial evidence.

I understand that gambling businesses have to carry out appropriate checks, and I am willing to cooperate with reasonable verification. My concern is that I have already provided extensive evidence, yet I am still unable to access my withdrawal and cannot get a clear response from DragonBet.

I am simply asking DragonBet to communicate with me directly, explain exactly what is preventing my withdrawal from being released, and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I hope DragonBet will now contact me directly and properly address my complaint rather than responding publicly while my direct emails remain unanswered.
