Thank you for taking the time to leave us a great review. On the back of your previous message, we are in the process of implementing a VAT system for EU orders which should be showing on the website in the next few weeks meaning there should be no surprises during on arrival.
The delivery was excellent
The delivery was excellent, very fast, packaged really really well and all the Products are just as described and undamaged. However I was charged an additional 19 euros at pickup due to customs at the Border. That was unexpected and it would be nice to be warned of that.
Besides that, I am more than thrilled the range of items you offer.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a lovely review, and raising the issue with the customs tax. We have asked our web development team to add something additional to the check out to make sure this is made clearer in the future.
*update. We are in the process of adding an API to the checkout so that we may charge EU tax to reduce these charges in future. This should be live from 1st February.
