The online portal was easy to use and picking up my glasses from the 733 Queen Street East, Toronto, Ontario store was a fantastic experience! The staff was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting cool glasses with an easy process and extremely reasonably priced -- great value all around!

This was the first time I ordered glasses online. I ordered 2 pair of glasses on separate occasions. I had difficulty the first time as I couldn’t complete my order online. I call the support line, left a message and had my call returned promptly. The support person walked me through the process and stayed on the line with me until she could review the order. After receiving the glasses I was very pleased with them. They are probably the most comfortable glasses I’ve had in years. After several weeks I decided to order another pair in a different colour. No issues this time with the online system. As the order was slightly different from the first pair the support team called to make sure it was what I wanted. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. I loved the tool to help me decide which style and colour to choose. Well done Dresden!

I have had around 6 pairs of prescription glasses and always get comments on how striking they are. I always recommend Dresden as an affordable and stylish alternative. I decided to try sunglasses (non prescription). I like the colours and got one pair in brown tint and one in black. Unfortunately they seem to have a polarised element to them which makes me feel a bit weird. I’m not sure I’d buy again.

These glasses are fantastic. The prescription is bull’s-eye perfect and the attractive colours enhance anyone’s appearance. I now have several pairs and I will be ordering more in the future. I have both regular lenses and sunglasses. And the price is amazingly low.

Sadly the prescription on file was not my prescription. I bought glasses in store happy with that experience and then bought them online during your sale. I assumed you had the right prescription as I had my eyes checked with your optometrist but it was wrong. Ultimately it’s my fault so I didn’t address it with you. Was really disappointed but I did get a frame out of it. Thanks.

I love the glasses, love the value, but trying to purchase them is a palaver, I usually end having to call on the phone. Which means it ends up taking a lot longer than it should.

Three out of my four frames broke within six weeks and now I’m in a cycle with buying more frames for these useless lenses, flimsy and defect design, so not be fooled by the pretty colour options.

Dresden staff gave me great advice on which version of their sunglasses would go best with my prescription. They did a great job! I'm very happy with the pair I bought.

Easy to order, and love that you can swap out the arms with different colours. First time order and it wont be the last.

What I need for glasses in terms of frame size and Temple size and prescription placement is a bit complicated. But Dresden has worked with me to get it right. It took them sending me three different pairs to get all the pieces lined up just right. Just boxing up the ones I can't use to send them back.
