Good prompt service with clear communication

I have had Dresden glasses for about 6 years now and love them! I have collected almost all of the colour range. My husband and daughter now have Dresden glasses too, and are also very happy with the products and great service!

Glasses arrived fast. I needed to change my classes as I had made an error. The costumer service was great and new pair of glasses arrived promptly. I wish they had more choices for shapes of frames. I already have number of different colours and arms.

Love the website, it’s great to be able to try the glasses on virtually when you don’t have a store in the country. The postage was a great price and was easily trackable even though the glasses were coming from Australia.

Have purchased four pairs so far. Three arrived in perfect condition. One (koala grey prescription sunglasses) had a twisted frame due to one incorrectly fitted lens. This was resolved satisfactorily but it raises questions regarding your quality control. Generally, I would continue to support and recommend Dresden.

Glasses are good and the price was great with the discount. I somehow managed to not include my prescription in my order but customer service was on to it, following up by email to get those details before processing my order.

I absolutely love Dresden Vision. What really stands out is the concept behind their glasses - proving that great design doesn't have to come with a hefty price tag. I probably have all of their colors already. I have been getting so many compliments on my glasses, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you are looking for stylish, affordable eyewear, Dresden Vision is the place to go! Highly recommended!

Although my last experience started out badly as a result of the Canadian postal strike, Dresden people worked above and beyond to make it right. I am very happy with the product and the service.

I found the instructions for ordering glasses online were clear and helpful. The glasses were finished in the timeframe promised and I am very pleased with their fit, style, lightness, and the quality of the lenses. I will be ordering again from you.

Making good glasses for a reasonable price!

Existing lens would not fit into new frames ordered. I used so much pressure trying to “pop” them in that I actually damaged the nerves in my thumb! Still don’t have proper feeling in my thumb 2 weeks later.
The video showing how to do it did not work at all.
Eventually resorted to using 600grit sandpaper to remove what appeared to be defects in the frame along with fine tuning the lens.
If you want new frames, buy them with the lens already in.

The helpful staff are terrific but honestly the easy online ordering and low price is what makes Dresden great!

I have been ordering your glasses for my whole family from the UK but we have to be careful about import duty. The last time I ordered (AU-E309391-ONL) you sent the goods with the full price shown not the 50% discounted price and that mistake cost me a lot of money. So before I order again I need to know that you will invoice correctly at the actual price paid

Omg talk about unbelievable speed & service! My contact lenses usually takes weeks (no fault of Dresden's just where they come from) & that’s what I expected. I dropped in to the store yesterday as my payment to process the order had not gone through so I needed to fix this. The staff at Rozelle were fabulous as usual and order placement was confirmed. I was ready to wait :). Imagine my delight when on my doorstep when I got home this afternoon were my lenses! Not even a day! You guys rock!

I like the glasses but they are incredibly uncomfortable and I can only wear them for a short period.
