I am super pleased with DrSays. The cost is extremely reasonable. Dr Iqbal is very understanding, knowledgeable and generous. He allowed me 2 refills, which saves me money. I used to use Plushcare, not anymore.

Dr. Sattar has done nothing less than literally save my life by working with my medical issues the best that she can via telemedicine.

Dr. Says is a great app. User friendly.

Wow, what can I say. I was left to take Dr. Chang and his other businesses to Federal Court on charges of Racketeering & Wire fraud. A jury return a verdict in my favor in June 2020. He operates sloppy and illegal in his practices and what did he have to say for himself in trial? "what am I suppose to do? Tell my doctors - the law is the law?" The attorney got to tell him that in the boxes of papers he reviewed he never found one that said he was exempt. It is all about the money isn't it Dr. Chang? Civil Action No. 4:18-cv-00615-ALM

I needed antibiotics on a sunday went urgent care and was told 3 hour wait. Tried this service on a whim. The dr called me within a hour. After seeing the pictures I send he refilled my prescription. I could not be happier with this service.

I would recommend this for anyone this is the best ever

Went online at 7:26pm. Received email from pharmacy that prescription was ready @ 7:50 pm. Amazingly efficient process with professional courteous service!!!

Said they repeatedly tried calling, not true. No messages were left. Paid for 15 minute appoints, Dr. just skipped right over me. Did get refunded, but should have never happened.

The doctor was 39 minutes late for our appointment. I scheduled the appointment during my lunch hour and had to miss lunch completely due to waiting for the call. When he called, he did not even introduce himself, had NO bedside manner, was incredibly rude and sounded like he was driving. As a matter of fact, we were disconnected twice as I'm sure he was driving through a dead zone. It sounded like he was in a tunnel and he continuously interrupted me. I was unable to even finish my symptoms and he said no need to finish, we'll refund you. He did not even let me complete a sentence. I have never been treated by a physician with such disrespect. Complete waste of money and effort and while he did say that I would be refunded for the visit, I will not get my valuable time that was wasted on this poor excuse for a doctor. I hate to say something like that but he was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Awful experience and I will not be using DrSays ever again and will most definitely not advise my friends to use it either. Such a shame...

Used them 3 times. Was connected to a dr immediately and my prescription sent to pharmacy. Very convenient

After 4 visits with Dr Says, adding a monthly membership which cost $3 a month.
Last visit was late in day, said it was cancelled, then the Dr called.
Very rushed. Call was 1 minute long. Only filled my RX for 30 days stating I needed labs. Never explained in phone call. Very dissatisfied!!

I’ve used DrSays 4 times now. Every time has been quick and easy, and I’ve had no issues. The doctor calls, we talk for a minute just to verify the reason for the visit, and then they prescribe whatever med or antibiotic I need and it’s at my pharmacy within minutes. I highly recommend them and am really happy with the service. I’m not sure where the negative reviews came from because every time I’ve used them it’s been the easiest thing ever.

I'd previously given this service a glowing review. I am here to say that I can no longer recommend that anyone receive medical services from them. During my last appointment I was told that I would be able to get another refill of my psychiatric meds due to COVID.

Tonight, twenty minutes before my appointment I received a notice that I would not being getting my meds refilled. Going off my medicine cold turkey is dangerous. I can't get an appointment elsewhere for a month. Withdrawals drive my mental illness into high gear. I have violent mood swings, self-harm, become suicidal and have crippling anxiety attacks on my own. It's much more intense with withdrawals. I'll also have the sweats, nausea, the sensation of randomly being shocked and several migraine episodes a week that end in about 6 hours of vomiting.

This is all because a gate keeper decided to deny me medicine that I've been taking for half a decade. Don't waste your time or money here. They will tell you one thing, then take your money and leave you sick.

I contacted customer support about this situation. They were not helpful in any way. They sent me a message about how they understand my concerns and I can just wait a few days and see if another one of their doctors will fill it. I'm horrified by this. Just give us more money, wait a few days with withdrawals and see if we decide to let you not be sick.

Dr. Hieu Nguyen is TERRIBLE. Didn’t listen to anything I said. Asked me the same question 3 times. Worst appt. Unsubscribing.

I wish I could give no stars.. Dr. Jaswant Pandher was horrible spent less than 3 seconds on the phone with me and then said okay amoxicillin for a really bad sinus infection. I told him i have already been taking them, he hung up so this was not worth 40 dollars at all. I have always had a good experience with Dr. Says since 2019, but i guess since their popular now they treat the patients as if their a number... so sad I wish I would have picked Dr. Satter and my favorite Dr. Perry they always listen to the patient he did not and he must have been driving because I could barely hear him... so sad mean while im suffering

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Larson with a prescription refill. Website was easy to handle and information was clear. Very happy with the service provided. I would highly recommended DrSays for a no hassle medication refill need.

Dr. Jennifer Larson is excellent. She was very helpful with my problem, personable, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Dr. Larson!

I used this site the first time I hated it.. the doctor I had has no idea what she's doing..I'm in Virginia visiting my son and got toothache she told me I had no infection well my face is swollen because I have an infection. can't get to my dentist for a few more days and thought I would receive help... she acted like I wanted narcotics...I WANTED ANTIBIOTICS.Will never ever recommend this site. Rude doctor and had no idea what she's doing. Also I want my money back I was judged not helped ...are these people even real doctor's??

She is Such a Pleasure to Speak With! Dr. Sattar is the Only Dr. I Use Because of The Confidence I Have in Her Helping Me When I Need It.She is Such a Joy and It is Sooooo Comforting Knowing I Have Her When I Am Not Feeling Well. I would just like to say how very pleased I am with your service! It is so easy to talk to a physician. I lost my job at the beginning of the pandemic and I’m still unemployed with no health insurance. Your service has allowed me to continue my regular medication without delay and without any problems. There is one Physician in particular that I like to use and that is Dr. Maze! Again, I can’t “thank you” enough!

I got an appointment within 20 minutes and the Dr talked to me about my symptoms and really cared about helping me. I've been telling ALL my friends about this site. I'll definitely use it again.
