Ryan Bundwany md. I told him that I couldn't take doxycycline due to the side effects, so he put me on minocycle. Same drug class. Same side effects. Is this your first day out of med school and you're afraid to write for amoxicillin?!?!?!?

I was honestly a bit leery of this website due to all the internet scams out there. I had been home sick for quite a while, and I had a call into my doctor's office and hadn't heard back from them in over 24 hours. I scheduled an appointment and was very surprised that I could get an appointment that very night. Dr. Chu was awesome! She talked to me about my symptoms and listened to me. She also answered all of my questions! I definitely recommend doctor says com!

I usually do not like to write bad reviews but I feel this time it warrants one. If nothing else to warn others to choose a different doctor. Doctor Haze was rude and condescending. She gave the impression that she felt as she was wasting her time speaking to me. I had an issue with pain in my right foot, and she literally could not be bothered. She even gave me a hard time about a doctor’s note for work. I left the phone call feeling awful. The only nice thing she did for me was refund my money. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

This company misrepresented its services. If they had clearly posted what was within their scope of care on the website their doctors wouldn’t be left explaining the companies lack of patient care abilities. They tried to refer me to another doctor for unnecessary procedures that they would probably get a kickback from. I don’t trust these doctors. They are more telemarketers than doctors. One of them offered to write me a doctors note and then never did. Customer service didn’t offer a refund and tried to convince me that getting ripped off was ok because their company and some Dr. Busick (could be Dr. Dre’s cousin for all I know)are amazing. I’m now still unhealthy, out money that I desperately need, and still looking for a real doctor. I recommend anyone who sees this not use this company, save there money, and go see a doctor that will actually take care of you.

I honestly was super skeptical about these cheap online drs. But women understand what a UTI feels like and I hate going into a walk in clinic spending 90 dollars or more and waiting for hours to pee in a cup and be told what I already knew! I used this website and scheduled a call and the call came 10 minutes early and lasted about 5 mins! I had my antibiotic that night! Will definitely be using again!

I had a great experience with doctor says I have used them twice now it's a good service to Affordable Health Care the doctors are knowledgeable and Generally care about your well-being .They listen to your concerns and provide good suggestions I would recommend to anyone who is very busy or just too sick to go into an office...a forever client

Said that he would give me a 2 month refill. I asked why he couldn't give me a 3 month prescription since my last telehealth service gave me 3 months. Then he refused to give me any prescription at all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've had to use drsays twice since my insurance was cancelled after losing my job due to the pandemic. Both appointments have been easy to set up and the doctors courteous and understanding. The last time I had to use the service, my prescriptions for my asthma maintenance was close to running out. I accidentally gave the doctor the information from my grandsons abuteral solution instead of my own but the doctor must have caught it because the prescription was in the correct dosage when I picked it up from the pharmacy. I am so thankful for this service and will continue to use it as the need arises. My son in law is also a huge fan after using it. Thank you so much DrSays!

What a wonderful experience and so quick and easy! I got 2 prescriptions in one session! I was using Lemonaid Health app for 95$ a month for a one month supply of medication. Today I used DrSays in my state of AZ with Dr. Park and he prescribed me a 3 month supply of my medication I take daily along with antibiotics I needed. He was kind and helpful! Will be using this service from now on!

This was such a good experience. Over the weekend, I developed tooth pain and not having a dentist due to mine moving and not having chosen a new one, I did not know where to turn. I needed an antibiotic but did not want to go to the ER or walk-in because of coronavirus so I decided to try this. I made an appointment and the doctor called we spoke about what was happening and she sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I highly recommend DrSays.

I'm high risk to go into my doctors offices, as least as possible. He is caring, and listens to you. He is very throughall, and explains his diagnosis and any prescriptions that he is prescribing. Allowing you to ask him any questions, and he isn't in a rush to hurry you off. Honestly wish he was my own primary care Doc! Don’t use this service after a 3 minute call they will tell you they can give you no service Just charge you $39 it’s like their procedure just charging money from people with no service. I should’ve listened to my instinct and know that it have to be scam I just hope you guys be smarter than I was
