Easy, quick, efficient.

I lost my insurance due to being unemployed. This was cheap, took only a few minutes, and my prescription was refilled for 3 months.

Doctor was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to understand.

I wish I could give 6 stars. :)

Easy to sign up, select your pharmacy, select your doctor and time. No waiting in a crowded doctors office. The doctor even called a few minutes early! Dr. Budwany was compassionate, asked the right questions and sent the prescription right away. I am looking forward to feeling better ASAP! Thanks Dr. Budwany and DrSays!

Met with Dr. Khayyat. He was great I had an ear infection got an appointment for the same day within 30 min. Read some reviews prior decided to do it anyway and now I’m convinced the people writing negative reviews are competitors! This site is super easy to use the doctor got on a video call we chatted for about 10 min he sent my prescription to the pharmacy and it was ready in 10 min!!! Seriously this is how doctors visits should go!

This site is nothing more than a scam. They took my money talked to me for 5 seconds and referred me to go to the er, and would not help me. I told the dr thaf I used their service because I would not go to er due to the covid virus going on but they still wouldn't help me. The dr hung up on me. 5 seconds for $35. Do not use this service. Scam

I struggled with not being able to eat due to high anxiety which caused me to constantly throw up everytime I tried too; due to stomach ulcers from my anxiety. No one believed I was not anorexic but Dr Nguyen is super easy to talk too and understood and listened. He even was able to get change my prescription for my chronic back pain from an auto accident that was cheaper for me since I do not have insurance. Seriously recommend. I went from unfunctional to functional. Needless to say I am eating regularly now and Dr Nguyen is the best.

GREAT SERVICE
First time caller. What a great service!! Spoke to the Doctor 30 minutes ago, and my pharmacy has already called to say my prescription was ready.

As a new telemedicine patient with a company/Dr I wasn’t familiar with I honestly wasn’t expecting much! What a surprise! The website was easy to navigate, and only took maybe 3 minutes to set up an appointment. My appointment was 2 hours later and on time which is surprising for doctors. Price was extremely fair especially since I don’t have insurance. Dr Khayyat wasted no time assisting me. I picked up my prescription an hour later. How can it get any easier than that? I highly recommend them!

I got cellulitus in my leg. I panicked because i didnt have insurance and couldnt afford to go to the urgent care or even my regular doctor (forget the ER yesssssh) . I stumbled across Drsays when looking for some sort of help....35 dollars a short phone call with pictures from my phone and im getting the antibiotics i need. I cant recomend this service enough as it quite possibly saved my life.

This service is the best. The signup process for the visit was detailed and easy to follow. I received a call from the doctor within minutes of submitting the form.

Dr. Maze is fantastic. I’m out of state where my current medical plan and doctor is not accessible. I had a terrible tick bite that resembled the beginnings of Lyme disease if not treated, the telltale bright red circle. She was able to help direct an immediate course of action to prevent development of Lyme disease, which is entirely possible if caught within 72 hours of said tick bite. Less than an hour later, I’m at the pharmacy and able to pick up the proper antibiotic prescription. No way would this speed of service and care happened at a regular medical physical hospital! Certainly pros and cons to both models, but this was an amazing experience.

Dr. Sattar is awesome!!! She'll take great care of you and your family. Dr Says is the most convenient, thorough, and cost effective platform by which to receive a telehealth consultation with any one of their physicians.

Dr. Grober was phenominal! Due to COVID-19 I just needed my BP refills. She was thorough and helpful. I liked her better than my family doctor! Appointment was easy and smooth. Did not use the video, just telephone. I rate her a 10 out of 10! Thank you Dr. Says for a great experience!

This is a legitimate company. It saved me $15 from having to go to a walk in clinic and the doctor spoke clear English. Called within 3 minutes of my appointment and sent in my prescription to my desired pharmacy. The appointment only lasted 1 minute and done!

I was able to get my medicine with 3 refills. Definitely worth the $35.

This was one of the most unprofessional services I have ever “tried” to use. You fill out a quick little something as you’re scheduling your appt. it asks what is your condition and what meds you need name number ect. So I did that! Easy peasy

Then I get a call from an unknown number 6 min after the 10:15am appt. it’s from a guy That I could barely understand but he basically said that Dr Gober wouldn’t do the appt cause she couldn’t prescribe the medicine I wrote since an in person visit would be necessary. Ummmmm first of all- I had a one word response to my condition since it wasn’t listed and I put in a medicine that I googled. I am not a doctor!

I explained this to him and stated I would still like to have the appt since I could properly explain my symptoms over a phone call. We got off the phone as he said he would relay the question.

3 minutes later I get a phone call from an unknown number- I answer to find a different gentleman that is explaining to me that Dr Gober will not do the appt since she can’t prescribe me the medicine I listed... ummmmm I said sir I literally just got this SAME phone call from someone a couple minutes ago. He was like oh sorry I’ll check with the staff. Okay.....

Then I get another unknown call 4 minutes later and it’s the same gentleman from the 1st phone call stating she still refused to take the appt since what I wrote in that first initial intake sheet. I said really?! I’m not a doctor SHE is, she is refusing to have an appt so I can explain everything and he said yes but I can get you a second opinion. I was like are you kidding me?!

I ended up using another virtual doctor an hour later and turns out I had a yeast infection and I was prescribed medicine and I picked it up the whole thing took me 55 min.

The fact this woman wouldn’t even get on the phone and listen to a patient is completely unprofessional and rude. I am telling everyone that DrSays is a sham and unorganized and to never deal with Dr Gober as she is completely useless. Good luck!

I was a little worried about trying this site but I gave it a try anyways because I was in a lot of pain from strep throat. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I was prescribed medicine very quickly so I was able to run to the pharmacy and grab what I needed. Definitely worth the $35. Thank you so much!

My Dr. sent the prescription for my blood pressure medicine to the pharmacy and it is there waiting for me as I write this! So satisfied!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Says. Dr. Larson here is CA was great to work with. I have to say that their customer service is absolutely wonderful. They respond through the online form immediately and fast. They called me a few times when they couldn’t get in touch with me. And they also changed my prescription location in the last minute. I will be using them again for sure!
