Despite having to wait a long time for a visit the communication was first rate in advance of the engineer arriving. Once he was here he carried out the work efficiently, courteously and to a high standard. Highly recommended.

I used DWV a couple times to refurbish my car's alloy wheels (because they were appointed by an insurance policy). On both occasions, once I managed to arrange appointments, the technicians did excellent jobs. So far, so good.
Because of those positive experiences, I decided to use DWV to repair an area of scratches on my car. I have now given up trying to organise an appointment - their booking process is absolutely appalling. Unless you are prepared to spend many very frustrating hours trying to book an appointment, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Kept informed the whole way through, arrived on time carried out repair efficiently and professionally. Edmund was easy to deal with.
