Very proffesional, great pre visit communication. Excellent repair.

Dave was a delight. Communicated really well a week before his arrival, was able to organise a second repair for me to happen on the same day as I was struggling to make contact with the original insurers. Arrived on time and completed the repair for me at home. A great service and Dave was really professional and did a great job.

While I did not receive the pre work notifications, the phone agent when I rang to confirm the visit could not have been more helpful. The technician, James, was very helpful and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend

Dan at DWV carried out repairs to my wheels and I can't praise him enough. He messaged to confirm when he would arrive, responded to messages, his work was 100% and he was the friendliest, loveliest man. He explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond with the repair work. He had also travelled over sixty miles to reach me! I would recommend Dan and DWV without hesitation. Fantastic job carried out by an absolute star! Thank you Dan, so impressed.

Very easy to book the repair and I was kept informed and up to date on the timings. The gent who fixed my alloys was also really polite and friendly.

Prior to the repair date, I received a couple of reminders which was helpful. My repair was carried out at the time quoted and the repairer made an excellent job. He was friendly and helpful and works quickly and cleanly.

Contact before the visit was timely and helpful.
On the day of the visit Alistair contacted me directly and indicated the exact time he would be arriving. Alistair assessed the damage and described how he would deal with it, then proceeded to carry out the work.
On completion, in a remarkably short time, he let me assess the finished, immaculate work.
I am very pleased with the whole job and it was a pleasure to meet Alistair.

I have tried to get in touch with DWV privately but have had not response so I am now writing this review. Before the appointment (which was cancelled a number of times by DWV) I had too many reminders to make sure I was there. I was told that the appointment is in the afternoon (so rearranged my meetings accordingly) only to be contacted the evening before by the repairer to say they would be there in the morning now instead. They turned up at 2pm! I was told because the scratch and dent were on the bonnet that it would not be possible to fix (Dent Wizzards?). The rapair looks like someone has got some paint from a Airfix kit and just roughly painted a raised line over the scratch (which I could have done myself). The quality of the repair is poor and amateurish (even though the repairer was very pleasant and professional in his manner). Really disappointed with the service and the outcome; could potentially devalue the car at resale.

The booking process for the alloy wheel repair on our vehicle was straightforward. On the day of the repair the engineer arrived at the stated time and explained how the repair would be completed. We were very pleased and impressed with the quality of the completed repair.

I received a telephone notification that DWV could repair my small dent early. All good. He did the job while I was still out shopping. I came home to ...no dent...no sign of a dent...very good and minimal fuss. I was concerned that I'd have to stay in for the work to be done...not at all. Very good service and perfect result

Extremely satisfied with DWV Smart Repair Solutions! A huge plus is that they came right to my home, so I didn't have to go anywhere. The repair of scratches on both the car body and alloy wheels turned out perfectly. Professional approach and top-quality work.

Easy to book appointment & good follow up. The only tiny niggle was on the day was given no indication of a timing for the appointment but good response once requested. Quality of dent repair 5stars. Definitely recommend.

They communicated well with us, reminding us about our upcoming repair on our front bumper a few times. The paint technician (Selim) also communicated well, and did a good job on our car.
