DX Courier falsified a signature and left my passport in my mailbox - protocol is that the recipient has to sign for the delivery. An hour later my passport was stolen - all on CCTV and reported to Met Police.

I had DX reschedule delivery again and again. I did an on line chat help ( with an actual real person!!) who said she could reschedule the delivery date ( days after original due date) but could not guarantee delivery: obviously not filling me with confidence.
Date arrived but delivery did not!!! They are a joke; but not funny!!
If I could give zero stars I would.
The WORST
The WORST! Not sure why Amazon uses them! They messed up a birthday party due to their non delivery! Then the agents we speak to online are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!

Terrible experience with this company. Three times they have said they would deliver my items, plants which are perishable and they haven’t. The company I purchased them from even paid for timed delivery and DX express still haven’t delivered the items.
Complete failure in delivery and customer service
This has been an unacceptable experience from start to finish.
My parcel has been out for delivery since Wednesday, yet several days later DX is still unable to confirm where it is or when it will arrive. There has been no meaningful tracking update and no accountability at any stage.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and received no resolution. More concerning, the interaction itself was unprofessional — the staff member I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, which is entirely unacceptable when dealing with a missing delivery.
At this point, the parcel is effectively unaccounted for. DX should either locate it immediately and provide a clear delivery timeline, or formally confirm that it is lost.
This reflects a serious breakdown in both operational control and customer handling. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution against relying on DX for any time-sensitive or important deliveries.
What an absolute joke
What an absolute joke, text when parcel coming then doesn’t arrive then text to say it’s not coming after waiting in. 40 mins on phone to customer service who really don’t want to help and can’t answer any questions on when the delivery will next be, they genuinely don’t care..
things go wrong but clear communication or just honesty from your call centre staff would be an amazing start

At 7:20 AM, I got SMS message:
"Alexandru will deliver your item today between 07:44-09:44" and link to tracking
Fantastic! The delivery includes plants that need to be planted in the soil as soon as possible, and they can’t stay in transit for long, especially on such a hot day. I’m starting to track my delivery right away.
Around 8:00 AM, I noticed the delivery getting close, only about one mile away. But then it veered off the main road and stopped in one of the quiet, empty parking lots at the University of Warwick Science Park (as I walk this place almost every day, I can point out the parking slot, he stopped)
I waited patiently for it to continue its journey, but instead I received another message from DX saying that at 8:11 AM (just as it was quietly parking), "
the driver had tried to deliver the parcel to me, unsuccessfully". My tracking is still on, so I can see that a few minutes later the delivery van is back on the road and continue delivery.
Since it’s was a hot day, I may suggest that Alexandru plants my delivery near the parking lot where he stopped (they are lavender plants, so the smell would enrich his picnic experience) as they were not good enough for planting in my garden after they were finally delivered to me, 2 days later.

DX Express emailed us a few days ago to say our package had been delivered - but to a neighbour, not to us although my wife and I were in all day. The stated neighbour does not exist
The package arrived a day later, but left at the front door with no door bell or note. At the same time we noticed a courier van driving down the road.
Our experience echoes other reviews for poor service, inaccurate communication and lack of care. Unless they smarten up - and quickly - DX Express does not deserve to be in business.
Missing package
A week after my package being due, I got an email to say it was out for delivery. Later that evening I got a ‘sorry we missed you’ email despite delivery not being attempted. The following day I got another ‘out for delivery’ email and again the item was not delivered. Still waiting for my item a week after ordering with next day delivery, absolutely awful service.
Delivery driver damaged my property but…
Delivery driver damaged my property but DX don't want to know. They say the drivers are self employed but won't give me any details so unable to get anywhere at all. Now in the hands of my solicitor who is very confident of a positive outcome at the expense of DX.
Appalling Service
DX Express confirmed they would be delivering my item on Monday 1st June and Darren would deliver between 12:59 - 14:59.
I was at home the whole of the time and when the time slot was reached I got a text message to inform me that the driver had decided to fail my delivery.
I phoned and spoke to the depot and the female colleague said she would investigate and call me back but she never did.
I'm going to ask the supplier to retrieve my purchase and use a reliable courier who will actually do what they're paid to do which is to make a delivery.
This is the worst company and I'll go to a different supplier in the future who hopefully uses a different delivery service.

Did not even knock. Received an email 5 hours after attempted delivery but no one was , I was in all day waiting for the bloody parcel .

FAILED 3 TIMES TO TURN UP CAUSING LOST TIME AT WORK!
I ordered a heavy and expensive home multi gym.
After a couple of days I took time off work when I received a text that it would be delivered that afternoon. It failed to arrive and again failed the day after.
They attempted to deliver the day after unannounced when I was at work. The driver claimed a card was left and the Ring camera video showed he lied and did not card it. No phone numbers and no address to contact.
I contacted the seller and cancelled the sale. The gym was returned to the seller. I would rate this lot as Zero if I could!
If only I could give negative stars!
On first attempt this company received the package from the retailer but then managed to lose it before it got to the delivery depot. Then two days later they said they'd received the package, managed to get it to the delivery depot and got it out for delivery at 05:24. No surprise, it never arrived. I've contacted the retailer again and asked them to sort out the mess or refund me. I've also told the retailer I won't be buying from them again as long as they are using DX Distress.
Additional to above, they've now missed two further "promised" delivery days. Beyond a joke!

Should have been delivered a week ago, 3 times got a message saying they couldn't deliver despite someone in at all times. They finally arrived with one of the two items missing and the other smashed to pieces.

Disabl3d abuse

Other couriers have this option( royal mail. Evri, amazon etc). Puts businesses at risk cos if it happens repeatedly i have to stop buying from company using DX Express. It's not difficult or rocket science to have this option. Being in a wheelchair is hard enough but this company makes it worse.
Awful
As most reviewers say, delivery is abysmal. Late, texts saying delivery on way, map showing van in three contradictory places, next day text saying was not able to deliver followed by text two minutes later saying delivered. Box battered. Plant amazingly alive despite journey. I'll never use supplier (GardeningExpress) again whilst they use this delivery 'service'.
