Won’t get your parcel on time!!
I ordered a parcel to be delivered on the 18th May as it was my husbands birthday that day, it was the only day I would be home and super convenient. Waiting in all day as the parcel was a gift for my husbands birthday (which he never recieved) I get a text message saying that my parcel would not be delivered today at 11:38am so I go to the website and chat to a lady on web chat. She told me my parcel was due to be delivered but had been taken OFF the run with no explanation as to why, I told her what’s the point in selecting specific days if they’re not adhered to but she was about as useful as a chocolate teapot. After a few messages back and forth she told me that my parcel should be out for delivery within two days. 40mins late I get another text off DX express saying they will be delivering tomorrow (19th may) so I thought fab it’s going be left outside all day getting soaked but carried on with my day.. only they never showed up. Today 20th May my tracking says it (it’s with courier may be delivered today) absolutely abysmal service, parcel is now two days late, my husband is still giftless and customer service doesn’t open chat until 9am! Avoid this service if they’re an option because you won’t get your parcel on the allotted day you select and customer service are poor!

Yet again this company has failed to deliver. How is it still in business? Who would choose this company to deliver their goods? Item was supposed to be delivered between noon and 2pm. Even showed the van's position on the tracking map. But then it disappeared. No update. Waited and waited. From past experience I knew that if it didn't arrive that day, it could be days and days before it landed on my doorstep. From past experience I knew that I would get notifications day after day that it was with the courier and would delivered next day but wouldn't be delivered. So many times it's happened and I'm sick of it.
Sorry. I just needed to vent the frustration. Life is too short for this nonsense. Sellers, stop using this company.
False reports of attempted delivery
Reports of attempted deliveries were false. Driver (twice) stood in open gate, seems to have decided it would take too much time to get to house (large country house), took photo while standing in open gate, never ventured to house itself (100 meters) as verified by security cameras, reported no one home and drove away. it seems clear drivers are under unreasonable time pressure.
The package was covered in a sticky mess
The package they delivered had a sticky mess spilt on it and the delivery driver didn't warn me about it. I ended up with this sticky mess all over my clothes and the kitchen worktop where i had put it down. I informed them about this via the contact us on their website but over a week later still no acknowledgement or response. Avoid this company
delivery fail
We were informed on the 14th that our delivery was to be on the 15th May, having awaited it all day with no attempted deliveries or any notification of any sort we tried to call the DX Express customer service. Where the only options available are to pick another delivery date and no chance to talk to an advisor as to where the parcel is. By the time we figured out that something was wrong it was after 5pm, so the live chat was closed for the day. Awesome service........... Lets see if it shows up on Monday now as guesswork is all we have to go on. Very poor.

Lied about trying to deliver item. On line chat totally useless. Why would any company trust this useless outfit with there deliveries?
Bad delivery company
Like everyone else, apparently, my experience of this firm is that they cannot be trusted to deliver parcels. Which is a shame because I think that's all they do. I tracked my parcel yesterday and was waiting in for it. Suddenly I got a notification saying it had been delivered. It hadn't. Well not to me at least.
Customer service said they had no way of contacting the driver (what utter rubbish) and that I'd just have to contact the seller to complain. Most delivery companies are pretty rubbish but I'm surprised that this one is still in business.
11 May - do not buy products who use DX Express for logistics
11 May - received a message to say missed delivery. There were 3 adults at the property and no attempt at delivery was made by DX Express.
12-May - received a message to say delivery was on its way. I tracked the map. The delivery came no closer than 3 miles from the property and then we received a message to say delivered to neighbour ‘Sam’. There was no proof of delivery / no photo and no address stated for which property the delivery was made to. We do not have neighbours. We are in an isolated location.

I waited in all day for a parcel to be delivered only to receive an email stating that they tried to deliver but no one was in. This is untrue. this is the second time I have had an issue with this company. |The first time the delivery was several days late and was delivered very badly damaged, in fact totally unusable meaning that I had to claim a full refund from the retailer.

I was expecting a delivery with DX today. To my amazement the driver pulled up outside our house,took a picture of the front door from the van and just drove off. The next thing I have a text to say they hadn't been able to deliver. This has got to be one of the worse delivery companies

I had a really, really bad day - worrying about my new passport. After all, who doesn't want to travel? Besides, you need a passport for most identification purposes!
The delivery driver had arrived before the prescribed delivery "window" & signed it himself. With my initials. That's fraud!
On the letter it states " SECURE FLEX - MANDATORY SIGNATURE " which means it should only ever be signed by myself. Yes me! A proper signature, only my signature!
So 8 hours, 2 emails & 2 phone calls later - I find the envelope by accident. I should be happy but I am not.
All the delivery driver had to do was ring the doorbell & let me sign for it and all of this could have been avoided.
If you cannot do & follow simple tasks then you should not be employed.
The website said " Your tracking details have not been recognised".
So what's the point in tracking, then?
Delivery service terrible
First delivery - I was not informed about the date and it was returned due to not being home.
Second delivery - I was not offered a choice, but told it would be Monday. I was then sent several reminders that they will be here before 10.48am so I took the morning off work to wait. I opened a 'chat' with their customer services who confirmed that despite the reminders re the delivery time, it is in fact not true and they will come any time during the day - inc the afternoon. They continued to let me know they can't help me and suggested I log a complaint. My schedule for the day has been lost and I had to abandon the delivery since I have to go back to work and not lose the morning waiting in since since they confirmed the delivery slot was a lie.
This is the first time I am trying to receive a delivery from this company and I hope I never have to receive anything from them again!

If tortoises and slugs were competitors they would outshine these time wasters by a century! They wouldn't recognise the word delivery even if it was printed on their foreheads! And please get rid of the word express you nowhere what it means!

Lied about missed delivery
I’ve been eagerly awaiting my parcel and following the tracker all day, only to get a ‘Sorry we missed you’ text! Also lied about leaving a calling card! My experience seems to be pretty common, so why do companies still use DX Express? They’re clearly totally unreliable!

I was expecting a delivery so I stayed in all day.
Then I received a message the my delivery was not possible and a card had been left.
Totally untrue my security cameras spotted nothing.
A new delivery day was arranged this was also missed.
I tried their dreadful chat arrangement and was told the consignment was not checked back into the depot.
I was told the depot was called and they failed to answer the phone.
Then I was told it was the vendors responsibility.
This is where they terminated the chat.
The items that I’m missing are nearly two metres tall so I find it difficult to understand how they have gone missing.
A combination of untruths and a will to not answer valid questions all make this tantamount to theft a burden the vendor will have to put up with.
This in the long run will make products more expensive.

I had 2 texts changing delivery times. I was tracking delivery and it verified it was in my area.
Then nothing. I noticed a van outside which sat there for a while. I then noticed a guy walking around the delivery area. He passed by my property, made a quick exit and drove off.
When i tracked again, it said attempted delivery. ????.
Perhaps he didn't realise that he had to press the doorbell !!!.
Tried calling DX but obviously they didn't answer. Have lost a days pay for the expected delivery. There was no card or any communication, despite them having my mobile number.
Avoid this company !!!
Not Trust Worthy
I have wasted days on their promised delivery date from various suppliers. They do not turn up on the date promised.
Suppliers, please stop using this logistics company. Find someone better and more reliable.
