You would be stupid!!
This company has over 90% of reviews rated as 1 star. You would be stupid to use them. They lie and lie and lie. What I have learned with this experience and reading those of others is that if you’re ever buying something online, check who they’re using as a courier. If it’s DX, find another website to buy from.
The worse delivery service
This delivery service is the worse I have seen so far. They take on delivery of important legal documents and fake deliveries ignoring customers afterwards. I have proof my document was never delivered but appears delivered on their website and it is impossible for me to get through to them for clarification. I feel frustrated and I urge you to avoid this delivery company.

Short story . Ordered an item from angling direct .
Delivery and tracking confirmed for Monday between 2 and 4pm ( yes they even gave me a window so I didn’t have to have whole day off ) . Alas No delivery made and the item was scanned back into their Nuneaton warehouse on Tuesday morning .
2 messages sent to their portal and no reply at all . None nothing nowt . So I phoned … wasted another 25 minutes holding before losing the will .
My item just sits in the warehouse so I ask angling direct to have the item returned to them and refund me and lo and behold they manage to send it back the next day !!!
One birthday surprise ruined but hey I’m sure I’m not the first or the last .
Note to DX … it would have been far easier to have it delivered to me which I assume is somewhere in your your company handbook.

If I could put less than 1 star I would. Almost impossible to get in contact and when I finally was able to live chat with a”person” spectacularly failed to get the delivery resolved. My photo of my door did not match the one they had in their record of the “missed” delivery.
Claimed they could not get a second attempt as the delivery had been rebooked on line, I had not rebooked.
Complete shambles of a business that should be avoided like the plague.

these people are absolutely useless. They said they tried to deliver the parcel when they obviously didn't. They re-scheduled the delivery twice and cancelled. Still waiting. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!

Ordered a mattress on the 1/01/2026
They picked it up on the 2/01/2026 and since then it has been in Nottingham.
Delivery was supposed to be today, kept checking and still said it would be arriving today, myself and partner had both taken the day off work and had a tip run booked - THREW AWAY OUR OLD MATTRESS earlier on & nothing arrived! I tried from 3pm to contact them numerous times, tried 2 numbers.
Dx express puts you on hold for ages, asks for your order number etc then an automated bot goes through opening times then - thanks for calling, goodbye.
(I was calling within opening hours)
Dx freight - just has you on hold for ages then the line goes dead.

‘Live chat’ is chat bot.
Have not managed to get hold of anyone, called the place I got the mattress from and took them ages to follow it up - he called me back around 6pm & told me that it was in Nottingham and would not be with me tonight.
Now myself and partner have nothing to sleep on! Our sofa is small so won’t even fit on that, both have work tomorrow so don’t know what is going to happen to delivery as the mattress place said they will try their hardest to get it to us tomorrow. I’m going to have to take more time off work.
I will be perusing this further, absolutely fuming!

Even one star is too much for them. Was less then 2 miles from my house on the tracker however then proceeded to take the parcel back to the depot and forced me to reschedule, then sent a message the day of the reschedule to "regretfully" cancel the delivery. They are a waste of time and I doubt this parcel will ever turn up. Evri perform better then this.

HANDS DOWN the worst company i have ever dealt with. Ordered a Christmas gift on December 15th was advised of a delivery date on the 17th. STILL to this day have yet to receive my delivery. Chased the merchants nothing. Sent 6 emails to Dxexpress, nothing. Live chat attempt, nothing. Terrible company.
Far from ‘Express’
There’s nothing ‘Express’ about this delivery company! This is now the second time I’ve had to experience their complete incompetence.
The same scenario has occurred, I received an email yesterday advising my parcel would be out for delivery today. This morning, I indeed got an email confirming my allocated time slot. I’ve waited in all day to ensure if they actually arrived before the slot I’d be home..
After the time slot had elapsed, lo and behold I got an email to ask me to rebook my delivery as they had attempted to deliver the parcel but were unsuccessful.
No one has attempted to turn up on both times, I understand things happen and rather than the email blaming the customer I would have appreciated honesty and been told they couldn’t deliver it today with an apology! It would appear this is common practice for this shambolic company. No calling card has been received and that will be because it wasn’t attempted like the email claims.
From now on, I will not use a company who has awarded this incompetent company their delivery contract!

So what was today’s reason (24th December) why you didn’t bother to deliver my parcel today?
It’s evident you employ dishonest individuals who lie and make fraudulent claims about what they do and where they go.
Let’s start with the so called attempted delivery on the 23rd December, I still don’t understand the drivers reason for driving up my road, stopping 2 doors down, not bothering to take the parcel out the van nor ring the door, as per the blurry bad quality photo they didn’t step foot on my property - the assumption is they have either stole or damaged the item. No they didn’t leave a card.
When I contacted you also the 23rd December said you would try again on the 24th December, however, another day l sat in waiting, but you didn’t even bother to drive down my road this time to attempt so my previous assumption are likely to be correct.
You are liars/thieves who took a child’s Christmas gift, **hope you are happy with yourselves.
*I’ll happily apologise or retract any comment if there is a genuine reason for not delivering or if my above comments is untrue.

I agree this company should be shut down. Second time this has happened. I waited at my flat all day for an important next day delivery and the driver never rang the door bell or attempted delivery when I received a message at 13.55 to say “sorry we missed you” A total lie! No calling card left. I waited by the window from midday to 15.00 and no van appeared and no driver pressed the bell. Hope this company gets shut down soon.
Poor communication, poor (no) delivery, no customer service
I'm finding it difficult to overcome my anger and frustration to write anything about my experiences.
I've been advised on 3 separate days that my delivery had been scheduled. I've wasted 3 days following their 'tracker' to see their delivery apparently going past my door and failing to stop!! On 2 occasions I have phoned AND used live chat to try to communicate with them. The phone calls were not answered for 56mins (1st attempt) and 63mins (2nd attempt), on both occasions the phone was cut off!! The live chat was the same I was held 'waiting to be connected to an adviser' until I was cut off at 5pm because they don't offer customer service after 5pm. I've got news for the CEO - you don't provide customer service before 5pm either.

Very disappointing service from DX Express.
I had been waiting for my delivery since 18th December, but after multiple updates and delays, I only finally received my parcel on 23rd December.
I was asked to stay in for delivery on more than one occasion, which meant I had to sacrifice my sleep after working a night shift, only for the delivery not to arrive as scheduled. This was extremely frustrating and inconsiderate of customers’ time and wellbeing.
Communication was poor, delivery windows were missed, and the overall experience showed a lack of reliability and professionalism. A delivery service should understand that people plan their lives around these promises.
Sadly, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I would think twice before relying on DX Express again.

Parcels arrive severely damaged, delivery attempts are falsely marked as “attempted” when no one attended, and to make matters worse DX delivered a parcel that does not belong to me.
As a disabled person, I should not be expected to walk around searching for the correct address to fix DX’s mistakes.
This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I would strongly advise retailers to reconsider using DX as a courier.

Awful delivery company that lies constantly!! They have failed to deliver my parcel 9 days in a row. They say they leave a calling card but not 1 card had been delivered. My delivery is for flowers so when they do finally deliver I'm expecting them to be dead and worthless... Complete waste of time and if any company is thinking of using them then I strongly avoid as your customers will suffer

This was an extremely poor and stressful experience. My passport, which is a critical legal document, was scheduled for delivery on Saturday but was not delivered, with no proper explanation or timely tracking updates.
Because of this failure, I spent days in uncertainty and severe stress, especially as I had an international flight scheduled. The lack of communication and unreliable tracking made it impossible to plan or feel reassured. For a document as important as a passport, this level of service is unacceptable.
Although the item was eventually marked “out for delivery,” the delay and poor handling caused unnecessary anxiety and could easily have resulted in missed travel and financial loss. DX must treat passport deliveries with far greater seriousness, provide accurate tracking, and ensure urgent items are prioritised.
This experience showed a complete lack of reliability and accountability, and I would not recommend DX for handling time-sensitive or important documents.

Parcel due to be delivered on 17 December. No delivery, system not updated, cannot get through on the phone or on the online enquiry. They are simply cutting people off.
NIGHTMARE - avoid like the plague!
Not even worth 1 star. My parcel should have been delivered 6 days ago. Every day I have had a text message asking me to rebook the delivery - it still didn’t show up. The only way this company could improve, is to close permanently

Delivery was cancelled three times over several days, each time via text message. Each time I had to re-arrange the delivery and each time it was cancelled. As we ordered a Christmas Tree, having it delivered with such a massive delay became pointless, I gave up and contacted DX about cancelling. They told me that I had to follow up with the seller which I did and now waiting for a full refund.
Non delivery of parcel
Supposed to have delivered parcel Thursday 18th Dec but no communication and it never arrived So wasted day staying in. Phoned and told it would be Friday 19th Dec so another day wasted and no parcel or contact.
Vendor said it should be Saturday 20th but not arrived.
DX site now says now Tuesday 22nd AND Wednesday 23rd!
Totally hopeless, worst of all couriers we've had.
