FRAUD!! I have been waiting for a month after they got my money. Do NOT fall prey to this scam!!

Do NOT buy from this company. I have never received my product & after speaking to their representative they refuse to refund my money.

Don't buy from these people. They claim to have an office in Austin Tx, but that's a Regus temporary office space. I then pulled up my charges on my account, that revealed a Cranbrook BC location....that location was a temporary office as well.

As it sits now, I'm out the money and don't have the merchandise.

So mad. I placed an order may 4th and still have not received it. I bought reusable swabs last year and I received those so I am really confused as to why this order isn’t arriving. They have no contact number and only an automated response via email. Don’t buy from them! Here I am trying to help the environment and I get screwed. I hope someone can shut them down

Ordered reusable bags over a month ago and never received them. Contacted customer service and they said the package has left their warehouse, but the tracking number shows they are still awaiting the package. Do not buy from them!!

6 weeks to deliver flimsy product! Don’t be scammed! Search for other similar products elsewhere!!!!

I placed an order over a month ago, haven’t received it yet. I have inquired about my order numerous times. I regret not reading the review before making a purchase. I too, though the order was coming from Texas. This a scam company. My next step is the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Be aware, don’t buy from this company!

Scam. I have never just been straight up conned out of my money before until now. Ordered something a month ago and it never arrived. They won't give me a refund. The customer service people just copy/paste the same response over and over. Awful. Will never ever give them business again.

Terrible Experience! Thank God i only spent 12 euro, because I never received the package and they haven't replied to my emails for all past month. I purchased in January and it is April and still nothing. I know very well whats going on with the virus, but not responding to EMAILS, something that you can do with your phone! that makes me think these website is a SCAM. I will proceed with one star review on Instagram, because thats where they catch their unaware customers!

I paid online to receive 2 times the silicone swabs (about $25). It said it was going to take a few days to arrive. I bought it 21 January, to present for Valentine's Day (14/2).
On the 7th of February I decided to mail, because I still did not receive my items.
They replied with an automatic reply, with no apology. That answer P¨ssed me off, At that moment it was clear to me this site/company is a SCAM!
Eventually on the 10th I decided to deleted my order and ask for a refund.
I had to send 4 mails (nice and angry), every time they replied to me the had already paid me back, which was NOT TRUE!
On the 27th of February I check my Visa and I see THEY TOOK ANOTHER 25 dollars from my account! I Sent them again a few mails (angry) that I demand a refund. sent them a photo of the transaction and the absence of a refund.
They still claim the have refunded me, and the extra money that was taken they said that's tax.

So far I'm $50 more poor, I have NO ear swabs, and I lost a lot of time and anger to this company.

I would NEVER recommend this site to anybody. I believe they are scammers or just SUPER BAD at their job. They way they handle peoples money and address them is wrong. I wished i had read the reviews before.

Was pulled in through Instagram to buy a set of 6 silicone lids ... buyer beware! Was promised a 40% discount on price of $19.95 and was duped into buying a second set with a special price for $8.99 at time of checkout. Finally received only one set and have been e-mailing to get the second set. All communication from Customer Service is claiming that original price for set was $39.99 and I got a deal... comparing price quoted by response from Customer Service and with Walmart Ad that offers same product for $8.65. My conclusion is that they don’t know under what marketing offer the customer made the purchase and has a standard response to quote an exorbitant price of $39.99. Beware of the offer under which you purchase and document because the invoice does not necessarily reflect it and Customer Service/Finance Department will not honor their special offers.

It's been 2 months since I spent over $130 with Earthsider and I have still not received my order. They were quick to take my money but their response has been nil so far, I've tried emailing but no order and no response from them. I'm figuring this is a scam ….. buyer beware with Earthsider!

All shipments come direct from China. Their site does not state this, only shows Canada and Texas for their head office and returns. This would not concern me normally, however with the virus right now... customer's should be informed where their product is coming from. Especially since it is for food. I only realised it was coming direct from China a MONTH after ordering and they finally sent me a notice that my order was being shipped, the airport name was written in chinese and the courier is China Post. I asked for a refund as it seemed a bit deceiving but they said it's to late. My post office will not be accepting the parcel.

I've ordered my items 5.5 weeks ago and heard nothing for 5 weeks. After 2 emails and a facebook message my item has finally been shipped but I have no idea when I'll actually see them. Order only if you are happy to wait for 2 months for your order and have the time to chase them. I'm extremely disappointed

Would be great if I could get someone at the company to respond back to me regarding an item I never received! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Great Product! The only thing I would change is the spring on the carrying case. It makes it a little inconvenient to take the product in and out but I truly love the product itself!! Great for touch up on make-up!

The did not send my full order. I contacted them and they said they would send the rest of the order shortly. After 3 days of not hearing back, I asked to cancel and refund my order. The response is for me to wait until they ship. I don’t trust them at all.

I didn't notice this with my first purchase, but I've been charged with a cross border fee from my bank, probably because they don't pay for it so they charge me. Earthsider must process card payments through a foreign bank that doesn't use our currency. Just a FYI to those who thinking about buying from the company. Obviously there are banks that do pay these fees for their customers so it just depends. Wish this was disclosed, there's no way for me to find info on whether they use a foreign bank for me to even check.
