I regret I didn’t read these reviews before I made my order. This is exactly the greenwashing! The company is against plastic and the swabs arrive in plastic packaging, they are placed in the plastic box and they are made of plastic.... more than that, you CANNOT use these to correct your make up, as was advertised. The silicone heads to don’t work for that at all.
Idon’t recommend and don’t know what to do now with the packages as I bought one for present and can’t give it now(((

I only got the silicone "Q-tip" not only does it not work, the amount of plastic packaging is ridiculous. I don't reccomend this product and due to the packaging I don't reccomend the company either.

This is greenwashing. I bought Zero-Waste Reusable Bamboo Makeup Wipes. Pads packed in polyester bag and they don't even feel that they made from natural materials. The thread is plastic. I regret this purchase. All this will be releasing micro plastics into the waterways. I'm sure there are better options on the market

garbage product. they don't stay on/ seal anything. I literally have to throw them out.

Took way longer to get for one little thing. Ordered at the beginning of December and got 2nd week of January. Come to find out this is coming from China.... not very earth friendly and I might as well have ordered from Ali Express. Sketchy and shady.

Just got the swabs. Going to give them a try. Seems like a good idea. However for a company that is trying to reduce waste and plastic waste at that, the swab and its container are both plastic and not recycled plastic, at least there are no indicators it is recycled on their website or on the product, and it arrived in shipping packaging that is plastic, that is single use and thrown away. Their marketing seems like a scan when you think about all this waste. The swab is a good idea but they are contributing to the waste by their product and packaging.

I think this is a brilliant company helping reduce eco waste in an affordable way. Looking forward to ordering more :)

Love these guys. Great communication & fast shipping. I ordered 2 sets of the reusable swabs. I love the travel case that keeps them clean even on the road. The textured ear swab is great but it's so amazing they thought to include the 2nd for makeup. Perfect for removing those pesky mascara smudges!

Impressed with both customer service and products available. Looking forward to purchasing more from them when funds allow.

These work great for me! I'm so happy to have a product that works better than q-tips AND that's great for the environment!

The cotton tips / Q tips are easy to use, I love they have a few shapes, they are very easy to clean and I especially like they have their own storage container to keep bacteria away from them and keep them clean

Purchased four sets of the reusable ear swabs for gifts and one for myself. The product is very well made; strong, flexible and easy to clean.

I love them. Large size allows me to wash my face with them as well as using to remove makeup. I just wash them right away and they dry quickly.

After I saw accidentally the advertisement on social media I wanted immediately to order silicone swab.
It looks classy (I use silicone swab for fixing makeup) and suits perfectly in my make up bag. It is also amazing to know, even though it is a small step, but we make our planet less polluted.

I have been very pleased with my container lids. I was a bit skeptical about getting a snug fit placing them direct on food but they fit snugly on half a grapefruit, apple and even a head of cabbage. I bought three more sets as Christmas gifts

Reusable bamboo paper towels are great! I used one pair towels to clean my whole kitchen, plus oven. Just gave it a lil wash with some dish soap and it was good to go. I also keep one on me at all times for hand drying for when I'm not home.
Reusable ear swabs are undetermined. They're good for general use, but I still like cotton swabs for a deeper clean. Found bamboo swabs from here that are compostable instead.

Here is a timeline of what happened.
September 29 - Ordered
October 10 - Delivered
October 10 - Emailed customer service to let them know part of my order was missing (sea salt shave soap)
October 11 - Responded saying they'd ship it to me.
October 14 - Asked for a status update, and/or tracking
October 14 - Customer service says "shipping will be uploaded tomorrow"
October 19 - No tracking information received, so I asked for my money back, rather than have the product shipped.
October 21 - Asked again for help on my order, hadn't heard anything back, opened up a new ticket asking for my money back
October 23 - Email from customer service" "I apologize for the inconvenience, but we were so eager to get your product to you that it’s already left the warehouse and we are unable to cancel it at this point. Upon checking your tracking number it seems the package is still on its way." It shipped on October 23, not before my request to cancel.
November 5 - Finally receive package in the mail. It's dented and damaged. It's not shave soap at all, it's sea salt soap from China. So, So sketchy.
Wonder how much of a carbon footprint these products actually have. And also, it took them over a month to resolve my issue. I wanted a refund, and instead of issuing it to me, two days later they shipped it, gave me a tracking number that said it shipped AFTER I had asked for a refund the second time, and then had the audacity to ask me to refuse it for a refund. Lol. This company is a joke.

Previous to knowing about Earthsiders reusable swab product, I hadn’t thought about cotton swabs being an enviro-hazard, especially since I never bought the plastic ones; besides, they were so small.
What I realized after seeing their reusable swabs I started asking myself why. Then I did the math: 5 swabs x 365 days - those small swabs turned into a mountain.
It’s a great product and both my daughter and I love it. My husband will be getting one in his stocking stuffer this year!
