I had to deal with this company through car insurance claim that was no fault of my own. I was given a car that was in no way comparable to my own electric car, and as a result I was out of pocket a significant some of money for petrol I would not otherwise have to pay for. They have refused to recover these costs from the other insurer.

First time we have dealt with this company. Great customer service, no hassle delivered our car to the door very pleasant drivers as well. We also got a great car until our car was ready. Carly who we dealt with was excellent she explained everything that would happen as this was the first time this had happened to us. We are both elderly so it was great as we really didn’t have to do anything, Easidrive did it all for us. Would recommend this company to other customers.

My car was written off and within a few days a beautiful new car was delivered to my home. I was shown around the car and its features. The service was excellent as well as the cleanliness of the car. The driver was also very professional.

What a horrible business. Costumer communication is zero.
No power on the garage they organised the repair. Took them 7 weeks to finish a minor repair. 7 diffident estimate, still have not received the car back. Garage called costumepaintwrex in Derby avid this Garage as you would be waiting for unknown time scale.
They cost me 5 fridays to take off from work to be home for delivery of the vehicle but failed and lied. By end of the Friday each week at around 16:30 I called them. they replied ohh sorry wrong estimate by end of next week 100% this carried on and now its 7 weeks Even costumepaintwrex manager got involved still no improvement. All of this were organised by Easidrive who received the job from Lemonade motor legal all this headache all this disappointment all this times off work cost me huge amount of financial at current situation. Still don't know when I will receive my car back.

Customer service is 0 I don't even understand how some people have jobs? Emails sent and no replay ,stay away from them hassle and more hassle and nothing is getting sorted

I had a hire car through EasiDrive when mine was being repaired. The whole process was seamless. The hire car (which was new) was delivered on time to my home, and collected again and exchanged for my own repaired car.

If i could give a zero rating i would. I contacted this company with an insurance claim. They took all details then ghosted me for the last 3 months and have not replied to any email i have sent. If i had known I would have contacted another company to handle yhe claim. The most unprofessional Insurance company i have ever dealt with.

Avoid at all cost first vehicle that was provided kept breaking down. The second one takes ages to start reported this advisor accused me to be a liar and also told me I’m calling them because I didn’t like the vehicles

all was sorted to my satisfaction. all companies involved to get my car sorted did a brilliant job.

downside is that i did find all the telephone calls and and form filling rather stressful as not use to it.

Overall we’re very pleased with the service but only thing that let them done was the communication between the insurance company who made me give the van back 3 weeks before actually before they decided to give me my money and caused me major problems when they told me it was going to be 2/3 day

The greatest experience was driving an SUV, I enjoyed it..

So far, my experience in having my claim dealt with has been very good. My car was collected, a courtesy car dropped off ( an equivalent vehicle) and the repair work was perfect - car looks like new again!
