Brilliant Customer Service, went above and beyond all reasonable customer expectation, to collect my dehumidifier from my front door, return it to their factory, then to fully safety check, replace damaged parts, caused by power surges in my home, then return it again, to my front door, all ready to go, then accommodate all this within warranty. This is certainly the best customer care experience I have ever had in my 60+ years. EBAC truly are the Best of British.

Dont be fooled thinking because this washer is expensive it is good I bought it for the 10kg load and the 1600 rpm spin, it doesnt spin properly a full 10kg load the washer I paid less than half the price for is better

Bad product, unreliable, very poor customer support/service.
I bought this washing machine to support UK businesses and because I believed it would be good.
It is unreliable, doesn't spin, doesn't balance for absolute ages. Makes loud bangs when trying to balance ordinary wash loads. Never finished on time. Wastes electricity and my time. I tried asking customer service for advice, who replied very off hand implying I was doing everything wrong. I've never ever had such a useless unreliable washing machine. After several months of perseverance I just want my money back.

Sadly the machine, like most things these days, does not do as it says on the box. After only 5 months mine needed a new pump and main board. It still after just a few washes fails to spin properly and it takes two to three more attempts to get it to spin. It's not as quiet as they claim either so I can't recommend the product that I'm sadly stuck with. That'll teach me to come away from Bosch and Miele....... Great Britain has a way to go yet to match their sophistication.

My ebac dehumidifier died was 18 years old. So I purchased a new one and what difference. So quite and the new digital controls makes life easier. It’s collected so much water and humidity in the unheated conservatory is down to 58.

Having had our dehumidifier for several years, we had a problem with it. Phoned the company to enquire about a replacement unit. They informed us they offer a repair service for a set fee which included collection and delivery and any parts needed. We elected to have the repair, within 10 days it was collected, repaired and returned to us. What a great experience to find such great customer service and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful company.

Do not buy any washing machines from this company! Unless you want to spin your clothes four,five, six times at 20 mins a go to spin the water out of them! This is not an issue with my machine, check online to see how common this is. Worst purchase I have ever made. Not what I expected from their claims of ‘the best washing machines around’
The worst I would say.

I had my EBAC dehumidifier for nearly 20 years.
In that period it was used effectively without any problems and was fairly quiet.
When I moved house and no longer needed it, I passed it on to someone else as it was still fully operational.
Would definitely recommend.

I have had my 8KG cold fill washer over 12 months. The washing performance is very good, and we have had no problems with it. The noise level is a lot quieter than my previous Zanussi washer. It has a sturdy feel to it, including a 7 year warranty.

Bought our 9kg washing machine beginning of 2022. It's always had a tempermental attitude to spinning, seemingly unable to redistruibute the load itself so we've often had to stop it, unload and reload before it will deign to spin.
One segment of the time display has failed which is annoying and a worry that more might go over time.
And now worst of all it's started leaking. Have had a look under the lid and can see a hole worn in the drum to door seal where a clip has rubbed (no sign of that leaking but..) and the flexible connector from the dispenser draw to the drum has worn and torn a hole which is defintiely leaking.
On top of that the finish to the front panel is poor. There are a couple of spots where rust is developing and some of the screws are rusting too. Obviously penny pinching to not use stainless screws around the dispenser draw where there's bound to be some moisture.

Bought ebac washing machine around 5 years from day one it never worked properly from washing to spinning leaking water extremely noisy.
Last week it decided to dump all its water over the floor we loaded it straight in the truck and took it to recycling.
Now have a hotpoint very quiet washes brilliant couldn’t be any happier.

This is the noisiest machine I have EVER heard. Had an engineer out who said nothing wrong and we must not be putting enough washing in or not loading it correctly!
Such a shame wanted to buy British.

Yesterday was a happy day in our household. I came into the utility to find the Ebac washer had thrown out a lake of water all over the floor and was now completely unusable. Hip hip hurrah!! We were simply thrilled to bits! Bring out the champagne!

To explain our delight. :
Four years ago we bought a 9kg Ebac washing machine for the princely sum of £750. From day 1 it wouldn't spin properly. Ebac blamed it on us not loading it properly. Recognise that one? How it's never the fault of their machine, but always the customer's? Right, so the extra electricity that machine has cost us is off the charts. By the time you've tried spinning on 600 first, or even handwringing it first, and THEN try it on 600? And then, if that works, try it on 1200? Sound familiar? By the time you're finally done, you'll have spun it at least 3 x 19 minutes, sometimes even more?
Then it started leaking all over the place. FOUR repairs later Ebac had as enough of us as we had of them, and they bought off the remainder of our 7 year warranty. That was earlier this year. And ever since we have just been waiting for the washer to give up the ghost one final time, so that we could finally get a new one.
And yesterday was the day!!! Amazing feeling.

FYI, we asked the various repairmen which washing machine they would buy, and all four of them said Beko. Word to the wise. Less than half the price of an Ebac, too.

Machine is well made and washes well, but spin cycle is poor. complained to Ebac who advised we were not loading correctly, previous machine never had this problem.
Wanted to by British, but now regret.

We bought our washing machine in August. Over the years, we have had many different makes of washing machines. The last one was a Sumsung which served very well until it went wrong. However, this Ebac is definitely the best we have had. It is very quiet, efficient and economical. We chose Ebac because it's British-made and it comes with a 7-year warranty. Also, the price was right and it's British-made.

I bought my washing machine 5 months ago, but thought I'd wait and see, before leaving a review.
I've had no problems at all, until now, where an error code E01, (blocked drain outlet) has appeared on the display. A quick look at the user manual, gave clear instructions on how to clean it, and reset the machine.
I'm currently waiting for it to finish the original cycle, so in the meantime, I have to mention how quiet these things are. Unless it's on a spin cycle, you can hardly hear it.
My old Samsung, sounded like an aeroplane taking off! I've had conversations in front of it, when it's at maximum RPM, and not had to raise my voice.
Cycle finished now,clothes smell beautifully clean.
If you're looking to buy British, or just something different from the big brands, I'd highly recommend them.

We brought an Ebac because we thought we were doing the right thing and buying British. We have had the machine since 2021 and it’s mostly been good. However there have been issues with the fabric softener drawer not taking the softener and bigger issues with the machine not spinning. My son has a hoodie and even if it’s the only thing in the machine it still won’t spin.
We now have a leak coming from underneath somewhere. Our utility room was flooded. Having recently had a new kitchen fitted we are concerned the units will be damaged which is not acceptable. I called customer service for an engineer to come out and was told I would get a call back in 2-3 days!!! That is not to say they will be out in that time, it’s just to make an appointment to see what the issue is. Not acceptable service. As a family the washing builds up. We are about to go away and are now left in an unacceptable position. We were told if we hadn’t heard within 2-3 days then to call back and they would chase up the engineer. I am not holding out much hope for our machine to be fixed any time soon. Oh and the engineers don’t work at weekends. People work and can’t always get time out for an appointment. Not acceptable. I suggested calling an engineer ourselves and ebac paying for the repairs but we can’t do this because of the guarantee. Wish me luck. Come on ebac you want customers to buy your products but at least sell products which are going to last and provide decent after care services. I’m very disappointed

About three years ago we decided to buy British & get an EBAC washing machine. Now, let's be honest, 50% of the time it is fine - unless you are washing towels. In all that time we have probably had one towel wash (2 x Bath, 3 x Hand, 2 x Flannel) complete successfully. Yes, the WASH might be OK, but almost invariably it has it has failed to spin properly and completely. It might spin once or twice during the rinses, necessitating me opening the machine and squeezing the water out, but then need one or even two attempts (like today) on the Spin Only programme to get it to spin the final time. Incredibly frustrating and not exactly conducive to marital harmony, as at other times it works perfectly.

Had my Ebac washing machine since 2019 and it has never set a foot wrong. Made in Britain which I wanted to support. Cost a little bit more than other brands but I guess that is because they can't quite compete with mass manufacturing in China.

I was unsure as to which dehumidifer was suitable for my needs, so after doing a lot of research on line I rang Ebac to ask about their products. The lady that I spoke to was very very helpful. She patiently guided me through their range of products and and asked me about my needs in the home for a dehumidifier.
With her help we established that I really did not need one. I needed a Portabel Laundry dryer. I am so glad I telephoned rather than doing it my self on line, as the lady was right.
The product I bought was "Laundrydri - Portable dryer".
It is very portable, there is some noise but at a very aceptable level, easy to use and does the job of taking the water out of the wet washing . You don't have to, but I would advise anyone to buy the castors to fit on the Laundry dri ,as it really does make it so so very easy to move around. If you have children and family washing loads, then this size my not be for you. But for me and my husband this is the right size. I can hang the washing on the airer and plug the Laundry dri in, put it close the the washing leave it all evening or all day and it does the job. I do not use a laundry tent therefore maybe for me the drying takes longer, but I am very happy with this product. Do not leave it plugged in and go out, or go to bed and leave it on. I think is a sensible logical safety measure for ay electrical product.
Because I bought the Laundrydri direct from Ebac, I my warranty was automatically registered. An email was sent to me with the certificate. Very happy with the service I recieved all round. I can't praise the service enough.
