Washing machine was throwing up an error (Ebac 7kg cold wash, to be exact) and wasn't draining, so we used the workaround to drain the machine - so all good there. Phoned up customer services and spoke to Pam, who was friendly and very helpful! A engineer was despatched - Brendan (Stockport) - who got straight to the issue. A new part was required and Brendan arranged a time to come and fit the new part. Machine now humming away in the corner of the kitchen. Mechanical items will go wrong, and normally at the most inconvenient times. For me, it's about the customer service process and comms to the customer, which I thought was excellent! Thank you Pam and Brendan :-)

Paid extra for a British washing machine, booked a delivery day for
Friday last week, Ebac changed that to today Monday…waited in all day for a delivery which was never going to come as the company had passed it on to a third party for delivery.. now waiting for notification of when that may be! Really furious! No communication whatsoever. No wonder British manufacturers are on their knees.

I have an ebac dehumidifier it’s been brilliant .suddenly stopped working contacted ebac .it was collected the following day and returned today no fuss or bother they sorted it all. Highly recommend and it’s British made too.

I waited approx 10 days for delivery of my machine as I wanted to support a local British business. Included in my purchase was the fitting of the machine. I was given 3 different timeslots for the delivery throughout the day, first in the morning, then midday, then late afternoon. It eventually arrived at 4.00 pm. The delivery men dumped it through the door I asked about fitting, they did not understand English and left. My husband unwrapped the machine, the polystyrene was smashed, the top of the machine was off and the front of the machine was hanging off, the casing also twisted. I rang Ebac, I was told I could have a refund as it would be the same delivery men who would deliver another one. I rang the Ebac back a few days later and asked as I still had not received my refund if my husband could collect from the factory as I was keen to still purchase from Ebac. I was told he could not, as they don't do this. I said I had no washing machine as mine was broken could I have my refund asap as I would have to now have to purchase elsewhere, I was told I could only have my refund once the machine had been collected. I am having to wait a week for a collection and then wait for however long for my refund. I am so disappointed in this company.

Been waiting 2 months for a part for our machine still iumder warranty, partner was told about 8 different excuses why part wasn't there , then after the "managing director " as she called herself , of the Carluke site asked my partner if he was an ebac engineer when he questioned her , she then stopped answering calls from his number , infact she would let it ring a few times and hang up , then when he withheld the number she just didn't answer , the after the dance for 2 months told him he's no getting his machine fixed and hung uo , disgusting woman ! Has no clue about customer service, however I wouldn't blame ebac for this as one call to actually.ebac and not a sub company paid to deal with "customer services " they are seding us a new machine next week , lindsay from ebac Carluke needs to reevaluate her position and attitude, had better customer service from a 16 year old in McDonald's than this woman!

I purchased the cold water washing machine, it arrived on schedule and in good order, and to now working perfectly. I guess I am like most who buy EBAC as we desperately want to support a British manufacturer. (But not at any cost)

During my research prior to purchase listens to many independent engineers who stated the machine is designed with ‘replacement’ of parts if that fail in time. AT last not a unit to throw away once it presents an issue. It has been many months in service and continues to work flawlessly.

I have said it before, I just wish there was a Dryer from Ebac, to make the perfect ensemble!

I ordered a top model Ebac 9Kg, 1600 spin, Hot and Cold Fill washer which Ebac informed me would take 3 weeks to deliver. No problem with that. - As a design engineer myself, I'm only too aware of the supply chain issues right now, and was quite prepared to wait in favour of supporting a British brand. (Particularly one up here in the North).

Having been given a delivery date however, the machine was then shipped early, with two attempts being made to deliver at my home address without any contact from Ebac (or the delivery company). Needless to say, I was at work when these attempts were made and it went back to the depot for a third time before finally being delivered on the initially agreed day. (Pointless).

When the two installation chaps arrived to unpack the machine they removed the polystyrene and immediately the front user interface panel had fallen forward and was simply hanging off the machine. Initially my assumption was that it had been damaged in transit with all the carting around, however on closer inspection and having watched the two chaps remove the lid it became apparrent that the mounting screws were missing altogether. Terrible! - How can it possibly have passed QC like that??? - Right then all the waffle about x-Thousand hours of testing is up in smoke.

I'm only too aware that companies struggle with production/quality issues but this was rediculous. The machine can't possilby have had any QC at all! - Just been stuffed in a box and fired out the door by some lazy sod.

Needless to say I rejected it on the doorstep and have waited to see what Ebac's response would be.....

10 days later and not a peep (Just total radio silence)! - Loggin into my 'Ebac account page' informed me that my delivery was successful? - Really! - Doesn't feel like it from here!!

Having phoned the customer service people surprise surprise the system is down and they can't log in. - I should expect a call back on Monday! - And not the slightest apology whatsoever for the hassle. - Does this strike you as a quality company?

Long story short I was really hoping to support a British brand making white goods and was really hoping they'd be competitive with the likes of Samsung (even in smaller numbers and with slower delivery). Alas they've fallen at the very first hurdle, - Badly! At this point I've lost trust in the brand and will be spending my hard earned cash elsewhere.

When I ordered an 8kg washing machine from Ebac, I was informed of a 3 week wait. I was happy to wait as my old machine was still going. The expected delivery date was changed on 3 occasions and I was told due to the delays they would refund the cost of the machine and send one out for free. I was thinking it was too good to be true, but they kept their word, delivered the new machine and installed it at no cost.

I cannot fault Ebac at all & don't know of any other washing machine supplier who would go to the lengths Ebac went to. Their customer service is outstanding and the machine I have is excellent quality. A great replacement to my old top of the range Bosch. Ebac's machines are definitely a great alternative to higher priced brands, and their machines come with a 7 year parts and labour warranty!

This company has integrity and despite the challenges they had in supplying machines due to the virus, the way they handled the whole situation increased the trust I had in them. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their products.

I have recently had need to contact customer service at Ebac and I cannot compliment them enough on the quality of the service that they provided. Compared to using imported products, there is a definite advantage when you are dealing with a UK manufacturer who takes a pride in the quality of the products and services that they offer. I highly recommend the company.

I was on waiting list for an 8kg washing machine from Ebac. I was given two delivery dates which were delayed. I was told that if Ebac did not fulfill the next delivery date, they would refund my money and give me the washing machine at no charge. I received my refund and, quite frankly did not expect to receive this machine. The company did fulfil its promise and my machine was delivered and installed free of charge on 19 July. Delighted with the washing machine and with the fact that the company has provided an excellent customer service

To-day, July 23rd, I discovered that my old Ebac de-humidifier had died after 17 years od loyal service. On calling Ebac, I found myself in conversation with Judith. The upshot of this conversation was my purchase of a new Ebac de-humidifier which will be delivered next week. Many thanks to Judith for her help in deciding on the replacement. She has a lovely nature and made spending all that money almost a pleasure. She was never pushy but just very helpful in her advice and guidance. I like this company and I like their product. There has been an innate honesty in their dealings with me and the quality of their de-humidifiers is such that I would happily buy any of their products without any concern over product standards. Thanks Ebac and thanks to Judith.

We purchased an 8kg 1600 spin washing machine and are very delighted with our purchase, the way it looks, how quiet it is, and how simple it is to use. The quality is excellent!
The instruction manual is also very helpful, written in plain English on quality paper, so it will last.

Ordered some filters for my 2650 dehumidifier on 4th of May, still waiting, even after 2 emails. It would be 1star but I'm pleased with the dehumidifier.

Brilliant. Best washing machine ever had. Its quiet, only uses the amount of water you need so great on energy. Drum is large. Easy to use.
It washes the clothes so well and they dont come out all creased.Customer service is fantastic. Love the fact that you can pick up the phone and speak to somebody. They are friendly helpful and efficient. Quick delivery. Best of all made in the uk. What is not to love about this product

I have bought a couple of EBAC dehumidifiers and have been very pleased with the purchases. They extract plenty of moisture and are easy to empty once a day. The running cost if not steep (a few pounds a month) and they have successfully stopped any mould and condensation forming. I had an issue with a broken handle to the water container but Pam and Elisha at the EBAC HQ could not have been more helpful in sorting the matter. The fact they are UK made is the icing on the cake. No Chinese made shoddy goods in our home!

Having to buy a new washing machine I wanted to buy British as I try to buy everything British I came across Ebac the price was fair for a good quality machine but what clinched the deal was 7 year parts &labour warranty to me they back their products I would definitely recommend the company let's get behind our British manufacturers

I bought my Ebac washing machine one year ago. I was nervous because I had not heard of Ebac washing machines but the website info was good and the machine is manufactured in the uk and supported by a good warrantee. I am so pleased I bought it. It's been great. It washes better than my previous Bosch and I like the "drum clean" programme. I would not hesitate in recommending this Ebac washing machine to anyone.
