I was about to give up trying to get a…
I was about to give up trying to get a copy of my final report, i called Ebenegate to find out what else i could do, but, when i called i spoke to a gentleman called Sheik, he took all my info again, and said he would give it to an IP, he then told me, it could take a few days before they manage to locate my file, i will be honest, i thought, yeah here we go again, as i had been told all this before, BUT Sheik called me back AND sent me an email with my final report attached, for 2 weeks i have been trying to get this sorted, and with in a 5min call to Sheik, he managed to get it all sorted. I am so grateful to him for what he did for me today, i have to give HIM 5 stars for keeping his word and getting it sorted for me, others at Ebenegate can learn from this man, he is a superstar. Thank you Sheik for helping me and doing your job where others had failed.

I am immensely grateful for an excellent service.
I think it's high time I praised Ebenegate for the excellent manner in which they handled my IVA which concluded in September of last year after the 6 year term.
From day 1, they were very professional, understanding and supportive, taking the time to ensure I knew they were on my side, when the idea occurred to me back in late 2019 that the only way I would ever be debt free was to either hit the lotto, file for bankruptcy or go for an IVA, I decided the latter would be a more realistic approach and solution for my predicament.
As I googled for IVA companies, Ebenegate came up first, I contacted them and the rest is history. Now I am debt free and have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
