What exceptional customer service from Paul Breslin today Five star .I was really worried about a situation I had found my self regarding a new bank account and setting up a new direct debit account. Worst company ever to deal with, great customer service until u sign on the line then its all hell from there, nothing short of me having to contact my own providers that they were serviced to do 7 months later am still being hounded, am nothing short of amazed that they take my monthlyy payment but not do anything appalled worst company ever avoid avoid avoid

I’m writing a review for Trevor who…
I’m writing a review for Trevor who works at ebengate I would give him 10* but not the option, he was so helpful and went beyond helping me.
As for the company and Pooja Bissessurl who is a Senior Insolvency Advisor - Level 3 absolutely shocking company 100% and pooja never answers emails and hasn’t Changed my address after two conversations to do it so -10* for her and ebengate.

They made this ordeal very simple
They made this ordeal very simple. I’ve just paid my last payment at end of March. Very pleasant staff. I have only one criticism and that is they don’t respond to emails. I set firm policy to call them if I needed anything and that has worked every time.

Hands down the best company for your…
Hands down the best company for your Iva! They help you every step of the way, from the minute you call them to start it up till it’s completed and even then after it’s completed they are still there to help you. There customer service is excellent, whoever you speak to, they are so friendly, the listen and most importantly they are ok your side. I’ve recently completed my Iva and yet they still help you, they are still assisting and helping me now and I couldn’t be more grateful! I spoke to a lovely lady today her name was Aamirah and she was extremely helpful and resolved my matter/issue straight away. Honestly I can’t fault them, please please if you’re struggling to find a company you trust like I did 5 years ago this is your answer and I guarantee you won’t regret it! I can’t thank them enough for all there help! It means a lot.
