Always find the customer service at this broadband company so helpful and supportive, whether on the phone or online. Today Jayde helped me with a billing enquiry, resolved within 10 minutes.

Technical support from the team at Eclipse is really top notch. If only the same could be said for the service from everyone at Openreach, some of whom seem to do their damnedest to fend off all requests for help. Meanwhile, Woody, Michael, Samuel and Charles battle on against the odds trying to do their very best for Eclipse customers.

Eclipse has been my ISP choice for many years now. Primarily because when you need to actually speak to anyone for assistance it is relatively easy to do so compared to many other ISP's. My last contact with an adviser there was just to simply sort out a login password question I had. Recommended for customer service.

My request for help was dealt with quickly, efficiently, and courteously. I have been with Eclipse for a number of years and the service has always been good; they are not the cheapest, but I am still with them because of the service.

I had problems with accessing my bills account which was sorted by Ryan very quickly. I also had some confusion in accessing my broadband account which was resolved by Matt. Both gave excellent service.

Couldn't access my recent invoices through the Eclipse website so I tried their live chat. In general, I _hate_ on-line chat systems, but this was a rare exception - I got through to Jayde immediately and less than ten minutes later she had emailed me the invoices I needed. Very much appreciated!
