We have had a grass trimmer in the area…
We have had a grass trimmer in the area and sadly has cut through the whole BT cable which has been on the ground for a long time. George was very helpful and got in touch with open reach straight away.
We've yet to see how long it takes to fix.

Telephone correction of loss of landline by Maria.
Reference to telephone conversation with Maria from Fleur Telecom. My landline problems were corrected by Maria, and the telephone connections were reinstated whilst online. An excellent service and thank you Maria for your timely help.

I was trying to unsuccessfully to download the new Fleur app.
Panna tried very hard to help me but the problem at this stage wasn’t resolved through no fault of hers.
Panna spoke very clearly and was very patient,calm and efficient.I just wish that everyone in call centres were as clear and pleasant as she was.

An efficient and friendly setup.
The operators I dealt with Graham and Ali were helpful and patient when I lost both phone and Internet connections. On the first call they were able to ascertain that the fault was outwith my property and they liaised with Openreach who reported a full repair 36 hours later. I rarely have to deal with Fleur but they are always courteous and helpful.

A delightful conversation
Have always found my requests for help usually technical very satisfactory and pleasant (surprisingly). On this occasion several problems were sorted very competently by Maria H in a very relaxed and friendly conversation. Her own work systems were apparently not cooperating but she seemed unfazed by the hitches. So again very pleased and if I wasn’t a repressed Brit might say it was a delightful experience.
